Carl's Heating & Cooling

I had heard good things about Carl's Heating and Cooling from several people and decided to give them a try with maintenance on my old system. They spent more time and did more work than the other company I had used. They "really" looked at my system. When it was time to replace my HVAC system and after much research I chose Carl's to do the installation and I couldn't be happier! Carl and his sons were friendly, polite and kept everything neat and tidy the two days they were here.

My dog liked them so we know they are good people! I had them remove my existing HVAC out of the tiny laundry room and install the new system in the garage on the other side of the wall. We were afraid that the ducting would still be an issue taking up space in the laundry, but Carl worked his magic only needing to use a little space and it looks good too! It's been two months since the install and everything is running great and the house is much more comfortable. Great job guys - I certainly appreciate all the work you did!

I have used Carl's hearing and cooling numerous times. Years ago I had a house that still had a coal burning furnace. This thing was huge. Carl and one of his team members spent two days sawing apart the old system and removing it. I think my house was built around the furnace since it was about 7 feet by 8 long and 5 foot tall cast iron system. Then recently my ac wasn't working and it was scorching hot. I called their 24/7 phone number and he was there in the hour. What other hvac company answers right away when you call 24 hours a day? Fantastic service!

These dudes are outstanding! They're a small business company, and they do the best service. They came to our house on Christmas Day when it was 11° outside last year. And we just called them up today to come out to fix our AC unit. Super nice very quick, and outstanding prices. You won't pay an arm and a leg for them to come out! I definitely refer them over anybody else.

Our ac ended up going out on a Friday evening. With fans, it was ok enough for us to stay cool until morning but we knew we had to get it fixed because we had kids and pets. I called multiple places asking when they could come out and everyone couldn't come until mid to late next week, even for emergency calls. Well that wasn't going to work due to the circumstances and how hot it was.

I called Carl's Heating and Cooling Saturday morning and they said they could get someone out by 1pm. 1pm rolls around and they show and immediately was able to say what is wrong! They fixed it within 10 minutes and the temp started dropping from 81°. We were so happy! And Thankful! Quick, professional, and have great pricing! Highly recommended! Will continue to use this company! I found them based on reviews from others and we are thrilled with the service!

Carl's Heating and Cooling is one of the best. I needed a new furnace. After several opinions and offers from other companies, I was recommended to Carl's. He blew the competition away on price and professional knowledge. Very professional and completely honest about what we needed in a new furnace. No gimmicks or attempt to sell us the top of the line models or anything that we did not need. Carl and his crew showed up on the day of the install at the exact time they said they would be here.
