I called to have a mini-split A/C unit installed in my backyard workshop. I asked for help in ordering the unit before they came to install and was informed they would only install the brand they purchased - that they would provide the equipment. We set an appointment for a week later. On the day of the appointment the owner Barney Tucker texted to tell me he is too busy and I need to find someone else.
When I complained about him wasting my time, he came back with an attitude and told me they would install it for $5200, material and labor. I can get a whole new HVAC for my 2 story house for less than that - we are talking about a 1-room workshop. Nasty attitude, disrespectful of your time and ridiculously expensive.

Our air conditioner stopped working, and it leaked. One of their guys came out and said that we need a whole new air conditioning unit and gave us a quote for about $4K. I got a second opinion, and fortunately, I did. The new technician that came applied a strong sealant to the leak and refilled the coolant. He also cleaned out the units outside. Now our air conditioner works fine.
It may not last forever, and eventually, we'll have to get a new unit, but all is not lost. He also said that whoever the previous tech was loosened some screws while he was in there. B Tucker is not an honest company at all.

My Air Conditioner in my house died, and upon the recommendation of an old HVAC tech, I had a total of 5 quotes done for the replacement of the unit. This company had the fairest price, and most integrity. Unlilke the others, they did not try to up sell me with a new furnace I didn't need. The AC was bad - NOT the furnace. Got to love the honesty. They did a such a great job, I also had them insulate all the returns as well as install a media filter. Thanks

Had an emergency with water leaking into the furnace location area. Lee arrived and quickly diagnosed that the unit was most likely low on coolant and was freezing up. In no time the coolant was added and units serviced ---all at a reasonable price. Expertise and honesty are valued traits. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Called for service on my AC as I had records indicating they had done previous work on it from former owner of my home. They came out, charged me $75 and then told me they don't work on my kind of unit (natural gas). When I asked why they didn't tell me that instead of sending someone out for nothing and charging me, the technical stormed off. Requests for refund of money unanswered. Complained to BBB, who made several attempts to contact them, which also went unanswered. They also appear to have changed addresses several times in a short span of time. Stay away!
