Cameron was very knowledgeable and great it explaining a variety of issues and the options to fix them. My only complaint is that they charge 4% extra for a credit card payment which would not have been a big deal if I had been told about it in advance and could have brought check or cash to the rental property being serviced. The dispatch should make people aware of this on the front end.

They were great. Our heat went out on the weekend during below freezing temps. I was able to schedule an appointment via their prompt answering service. We have a maintenance contract with Clout who not only didn't answer their phone but didn't even bother to return either of my messages. Our tech was very good and professional. I appreciated him wearing shoe coverings without being asked as I have a crawling baby. Needless to say, we will be switching our maintenance agreement.

Kenneth, the technician was very professional. He came on time and did my spring routine check. He also pointed out potential issues that may be problematic in the future. He was quick and polite.

Alex and Ro were both great and professional. Alex was friendly and was able to explain our issues with cost in mind. Also when Ro was explaining the different options, he encouraged me to ask any questions and was able to explain each process thoroughly. I would definitely go with PV again!

Leo with PV Heating & Air has done a great job for years, servicing our older Trane units. We really need to replace them, but my husband has dementia and is dead set against replacing them. because of that, we are doing everything we can to keep the older units going. And Leo is the best! He has learned our systems frontwards and backwards and does everything he can to keep them going. Leo has our highest regards and recommendation.

We purchased a HAC system from PV about 14 years ago and retained their twice a year routine maintenance since. There have been no issues with system ever, and every service person is so knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommend PV.

I typically enjoy my scheduled visits with PV. The technicians are always kind, humble, and VERY knowledgeable. Steve D. was nothing like our previous technicians. He mansplained everything and talked over me. He was training someone else and was did not come across as positive and encouraging. I shared this feedback with their scheduling team. I am still willing to give PV another chance. but expect better in the future.

Have been using PV for years - they are knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and reliable. I appreciate being given all my options and given recommendations, but never being given a hard sell, and being able to choose the best option for my situation without pressure. Scheduling is easy and technicians keep you updated on arrival times - and it's also nice that if earlier appointments become available, the office will contact you and let you know.

Just had Mike here early this Sunday morning - he was cheerful, efficient, and figured out the problem quickly. He was also kind enough not to laugh when it turned out that it was due to user error on my part. He was able to resolve things quickly and for less money than I had anticipated. I've always been very happy with service from PV and can recommend them highly.

Our whole experience with PV has been top-notch! They made a very thorough evaluation of our home, gathering the information needed to address our current and future needs. A much more intense approach than we found with other providers. This was not a one size fits all way of doing things. Also, Everyone has been on time, thorough and considerate, addressing our questions and working with us every step of the way. They have been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

The PV tech, Joseph, was very polite. Made sure he put shoe covers on before entering. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the2 systems in my home. He had also read up about the past visits and what had been done at that time. Will always use this company

High praise to the PV team! During a fall/winter maintenance check Joseph M. discovered a noise coming from the inducer motor in my furnace. He quickly worked with his team to order the part so a repair could happen quickly. Not long after this I received a text to schedule the repair appointment. Michael C. responded and quickly made the repair as well as thoughtfully answered my questions.

PV Heating & Air replaced our fan and motor. Jeff was who helped us and he was extremely dependable, honest and helpful. We'll likely need a new unit in the next few years and will be back! Much quieter and seems to have better air flow as well.

Eric Black and Nick Staples did a great job putting in a brand new AC system in the attic of my 70s townhouse! Definitely a tricky install but they got it done in the expected window and left no mess. No complaints.

PV is a HVAC contractor that is careful to do load calculations and offer duct pressure tests before replacing a system, taking into account insulation and other home improvements. After getting oversized units in the past, I wanted to be sure to get the right sized heat pump since I'm in a very humid climate. Highly recommended. Update 2023: I'm signed up for the maintenance plan though it's expensive. Their service techs are very polite and I just got a UV light added.

I have used PV for 2 major installs and their solutions worked every time. The consultation I received was tailored to the problem I was having, uneven heating and cooling. PV fixed the issue and now I can my home is evenly heated and cooled. I just had my hvac replaced. Everything is going great so far. I will update my review once I get a chance to truly evaluate the system as it is a beautiful 70 degrees right now and no heat or cooling needed. So far everyone has been professional from the consultant to the technicians.

Moses came by to troubleshoot an issue we were having with our mini split. He was precessional and knowledgeable. When he had to give us the bad news about possibly needing a new unit, he was quick to offer the free consult with another member of their team and let us know about their 10 year product warranty.

Jeff is absolutely amazing. He's calm, he listens, he takes his time, he troubleshoots, and he's just awesome to speak with regarding ongoing issues. He definitely upholds the PV reputation and I'd always prefer him to come back. Zero disappointment and major respect for his expertise.

PV Heating and Air Conditioning is an awesome service provider. If you are considering replacing your HVAC unit(s), you must try PV! I purchased two new units from PV after two other companies visited and serviced my old units. With both of those other companies, I felt as if I was being scammed and being taken advantage of because I was a woman. One company attempted to sell (lease) me one unit for more than the cost of two units I bought from PV.

While the other company tried to sell a used unit with no serial number as a new unit. PV was different. Extremely different! I knew that after the company's owner called me personally ON A SATURDAY to do a phone assessment of my needs and the urgency. After speaking with me and understanding my needs, he escalated my appointment by six days! After my initial PV-experience which included the call from the owner and a home visit from my sales representative, James, I realized this company was on an entirely different level.

Their professionalism, expertise, genuine decency and honesty, was consistent even after I signed the contracts. Five months after buying the first unit, I bought the second. Both transactions, were consistent with PV's commitment to honest, professional, expert services and energy efficiency which saves me monthly on my utility costs. The unit pricing was extremely fair for the two Trane units.

The maintenance and bi-annual services thereafter have been phenomenal as well. PV boasts a courteous and professional team from the operator that answers your first call, to the business and accounting team members, to the consultants performing energy assessments, to the no-gimmicks sales person, to the installers, and the maintenance teams. They are such experts that three days after the installation, a quality control manager does a thorough site check of the inside and outside unit. We did a total overhaul of our HVAC system (42 years), attic air-ducts and insulation, and water heater. The overhaul included removal of old duct, plenum, insulation, complete HVAC unit replacement and new cellulose insulation and new water heater. After review of different suppliers and multiple rounds of discussion we decided for PV Heating and Air.

Our decision was not made on cost, we felt comfortable with Jason and his team's level of knowledge and professional methodology to explaining the system and different steps for executing the job. As an engineer myself, I could related to the study perform by PV to size the system and the value of such. The equipment selected (Trane) and the approach to maximizing the efficiency of the new system was first class.

We actually ended with a lower tonnage unit than the original GE system (42 years old) The execution of the job went extremely well, PV's employees were timely, very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with all of them. I would highly recommend PV to anyone considering HVAC replacement and water heater.
