Tim is the best! I walked upstairs last evening to the thermostat showing 83! Tim came out the next morning and repaired a broken compressor with minimal cost. I have used his services for years and have never been disappointed.

What a great experience! They got my air conditioners out of the mud- had sunk due to a drainage issue, serviced them, made repairs and got them in tip top shape. They even told me about the $20/unit credit available from Sawnee EMC.

I had to get combustion air into my furnace room to meet code and I must have called 20 companies to try to get this done. It was a mix of people not understanding what I needed, not wanting the work, grossly overcharging, or saying they'll do it and then never get back to me. Tim knew exactly what needed to be done, showed up when he said he would, was informative, did great work, and was reasonably priced. I will be using them going forward and recommend you do the same.
