Emily was great. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She diagnosed the problem quickly and had the heating system repaired and running the same day. I found them by looking up heating and air conditioning online. I started at the top of the list and went down. They were the ones who answered the phone. They came out the same day. They also followed up to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I will continue to use this company.

CoolMax answered my call, answered every question, and responded immediately. The 1st time I used them was for air conditioning. He came the next morning and was back to fix it as soon as he was able to get the part. My air conditioner is 25 years old and on it's last leg. But he didn't try to sell me a new one, he just fixed it. The 2nd time i called them, my water heater had burst.

Again they were out here the next day. As soon as we were able to dry the floor, they were back to install a new tank. They put in a really good (Rheam) water heater. They were friendly, polite, professional and honest. We are new to Georgia, and didn't have time in the emergencies we were dealt, so we were truly blessed to have this company work for us. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. I will have them back next summer to put in a new a/c unit for us.

Paul, Rick, and David were all incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout. They gave me a reasonable quote, explained the services that would be provided, they fixed things thoroughly, were on time, and they were willing to show me as the homeowner different things I could do to fix other issues beyond their visit. Fast, prompt and expert service performed on our air conditioner on one of the hottest days of the year. The Cool Max technician diagnosed and replaced our bad capacitor and our unit was working immediately. She also checked the unit to make sure it was working in full performance. I would highly recommend their service to anyone in the Atlanta area.

We started with Paul from Cool Max in 2011 he replaced our furnace & air conditioner. Our furnace is in the attic & was hard to work on. He raised our duct work & repositioned our furnace unit & make a larger floor under the unit, which made it more accessible. Also he added return vents & worked on our humidifier. Paul preforms our yearly maintenance & also goes that extra step to make sure everything is working properly. Paul truly knows heating & A/C and we also like him a lot. We would definitely recommend Paul & Cool Max to anyone. Thank you Paul for all your expertise.

I strongly recommend Cool Max! They are honest, reliable, and very knowledgeable. They have come out the same day every time we had an issue with our AC or furnace. When we decided to replace our furnace, David and Chris explained all of our options and directed us to the unit that was best for us. They did the install promptly and it is working great! Cool Max is great! The first time I called, Emily came out within the same day and was able to get us back up and running that day. Then, I decided to obtain a maintenance plan so that we could benefit from two tune-ups a year at a great deal and price. Emily worked efficiently, quickly, professionally and was friendly. Our older system is running very nicely. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted Cool Max after the company I had been with for several years declined to perform an emergency service call for me. I spoke with David and he was able to work me in the next morning. Paul was my technician and was professional and was great with communications. We were back in business by noon the next day, and Cool Max has a new customer. CoolMax has been servicing my home for going 3 or 4 years now and I am very happy in all aspects of their services. With us, they have always been flexible on their schedule, upfront & honest about their services and pricing. EMILY/PAUL are very knowledgeable on their work as well as the parts. They take their time to explain what is wrong and how stuff works with regards to HEAT & A/C. CoolMax is definitely THE company to call if you have an issue with your Heat and/or A/C. I've been a customer of Cool Max for a little while now and I've always been impressed with their service and knowledge. But let's face it. It's easy to provide good service when things are going well. Where you can really tell when a company cares about its customers is when something goes wrong.
