Comfort Control

Due to health issues we were in dire need of immediate assistance with our A/C unit down. Comfort Control Heating & Air installed our system a couple years ago and is the only one we use.so we gave them a call. Knowing the uncommon heat issue surrounding our region, we had little hope for an immediate appointment. Comfort Control came through for us with a next day appointment.

Surprisingly enough (and a big bonus) we had Ricky show up from Comfort Control who is from my neck of the woods in South Florida. Ricky was thorough, professional and gave us our AC in a very timely fashion. Thanks Comfort Control and hats off for caring and employing such quality people.

My AC stopped turning on one day, so I called and they had someone come out the next day. Turns out the power from the thermostat was disconnected. He fixed it quick and its good to go. Great communication. I loved that they send a bio of the person that is coming here and I can track where they are. My A/C went down 2 days before a graduation party we were having for our daughter with a house full of guests. They responded quickly and were able to diagnose the problem fast and had it fixed within the hour. I was having cooling problems with my Hvac system so i went asking around for any recommendations of a company. I heard Comfort Control Heating and cooling a few times mentioned in a positive way so i gave them a called. Jon the technician came out the next day to inspect the unit and found the problem. Jon was very polite, professional and knowledgeable to explain the issue with the unit.

I needed a replacement of the air handler unit. I decided to have Comfort control do the work. A few days later Technicians Eric and Ryan returned to install the replacement unit in the attic area. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable and did good quality work. They cleaned up and made sure new unit was working properly with cool and heat. I am very satisfied with the work done and will be a returning customer for any future work to be done or maintaining my units.

I just had a new AC system installed for my downstairs space and was impressed by the efficiency in cooling and heating, about 10 minutes to cool the house down by 8 degrees. They completed the new AC install in 2 hours, which is great. I have used Comfort Control before for my AC installation in the upper floor of my home and it save me over $100/month in the electric bill. I am expecting for even more electric bill reduction this summer

Here's the things that matter! Technician, Denison Goff was on time and professional. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done to make sure the systems were running in a way that were optimal and clean. The company was good about letting me know who would be here and when and following up with any rescheduling needs. GREAT company - They have integrity.

Overall inspection of the heater units for both floors and the air conditioning unit. Both men, Jeff and Ricky informed me of the housing units and the steps to go forward. I appreciate their straightforward information and provided estimates for what it'll cost to replace units. Very pleasant, professional attitude, and adhered to safety for all. Thank you.

My furnace was not working, and I called Comfort Control Heating for help. Mr. Demetris was very professional, polite, and knew his job. In addition to replacing 2 HVAC systems, the Confort Control team installed 2 new water heaters. They coordinated in advance, worked tirelessly during the holidays, were always courteous, and did a wonderful job for us. We highly recommend using this company. After getting a quote from another company that said I needed to replace the entire zoning system (zone board and both dampers), Jeff from Comfort Control came out for a second opinion and he found nothing wrong with the zoning system. He did find the root cause of the problem though. So glad I called Comfort Control! If I'd gone with the other company I'd have a new zone system that I didn't need and still have the same issues I started with.

Jeff spent a lot of time at our house testing things out, looking at all of the vents, ducts, returns, etc. and told us exactly what he could and could not promise. I needed a new unit installed. Jeff came out promptly and set me up for a new unit for my downstairs. When it came in Eric Ray came out to install it. They were on time, and they were courteous and very respectful. They cleaned up when they were finished and put covers over their shoes to protect my floors. They asked me about any questions I had.

Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They delivered as promised. They did not try to push things I didn't want or need. I must say I'm truly satisfied with the service that I received. Ricky Fernandez was the initial technician that came out to my home and was very professional and theory. I end up needing a new heat/air condition unit so therefore the GM Jeff came out and was very helpful with my options of units that they had to offer. I made my decision and within two business days another technician by the name of Gavin came to replace my units and he did this job all by himself and he did an awesome job!

Once he completed the job he went over everything with me and made sure I was satisfied with his work and I was. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for good, professional and honest customer service.

Comfort Control installed a new heating and air system in my home, they did a bang up job absolutely wonderful no complaints my old system is 14 years old the only thing negative that I can say about comfort control is that once they have your phone number and your system is installed the sales calls and text never stop. I have been text to no end and have requested to not receive any more text but these sales people are like leeches And they don't stop!

Jordan serviced our 2 HVAC units. He took his time & was very thorough. He pointed out a few things that had wear - some good wait & a few that needed doing. An example, 1 problem calls for 2 items to be replaced; however, he said most of the time it is just 1 item that is the cause & recommended we replace just that one. Extremely pleased w/the work Jordon did & his professional demeanor.

I have had an excellent experience from the initial call to the installation. I called on Tuesday to schedule a quote and was accommodated with an appointment that afternoon. Jim was very thorough & listened to me then provided a few options. He offered an installation date this week. Then Gavin & Mike aka the dream team showed on time and provided. a timely and seamless installation.

Within 4 hrs the installation was complete and can now be comfortable in my home no matter what the temperature is outside. I would recommend Comfort Control to anyone needing HVAC work.
