Highly recommend theses guys for AC service. Called at the very end of a business day and they were able to get someone out before lunch the very next day. The technician was extremely nice and informative on what went wrong and what they did to fix the issue. I found them based off of reviews so I hope this helps someone else make the right choice on who services their equipment. I won't be calling anyone else, very thankful and satisfied!

As a loyal customer of over 7+ years, I felt compelled to write a review of my experiences with Gordon's Heating and Air. They have been one of the best service companies that i have ever used on my home. I have owned 4 homes over the past 19 years. From Va to Ga and Gordon's heating and air has the best team that I've ever worked with. Today they installed my new Bryant Heat Pump and the service that I received was unbelievable and I just had to share.
They brought in 3 team member: Shane Jr, Seth and Sage to remove my existing unit and install a new one. They came in and were actually here earlier than I had planned, put drop cloths throughout my home and went to work. Shortly after they started they had 2 other members Mr. Shane (owner) and Mr. Robbie come help to complete the job. They were done a lot faster than I anticipated.
I have been so pleased with them over the years that I constantly refer them to my current and past client, and I think you will as well. Thank you Shane, Shane Jr, Seth, Sage, Mike, Robbie, Ms. Denise and Ms. Stacy for all you've done for me and my family for the past, present and future years to come. You are the BEST! I called Gordon's because our AC wasn't working. They made an appointment with me on that call and came the next day. They installed a new thermostat and cleared the drain lines and got us back up and running quickly. Very affordable. Outstanding customer service. Excellent communication. HIGHLY recommend! J.R. was a very pleasant and very helpful young man. He explained everything in detail and gave me a price before completing the maintenance. He was not only on time but showed up a little early which was great! He even helped me move a piece of furniture! I received text from Gordon's including appointment conformation, arrival time, also when completed.
The lady who scheduled the appointment was also very nice and helpful. It was almost close of business on a Friday and they were able to help us get cooler. I'd highly recommend Gordon's!
