Covert Aire

We used the company and they did an excellent, professional job installing our water heater. We hired them again to complete odd jobs in our newly purchased condo, such as fixture replacements and dishwasher installation. Our plumbers called and said they were running late on a prior job. They arrived a few hours after their scheduled time, which was ok.

They were both friendly and courteous. During their work, a pipe leaked into our neighbor's condo, which they handled professionally. After dealing with insurance companies, a few hours later, they said that they completed the jobs and I paid them. Later that evening, I discovered that the dishwasher has no power (we had a working dishwasher before, so this was just a change out to a new unit).

It was past 5 so we called the "emergency number", only to be told that there is nobody available to come until after the 3 day weekend because they are closed for New Years. After asking to speak to a supervisor, they agreed to come out tomorrow morning to look at the dishwasher. Tonight, we realized that both of our shower heads are leaking. I'll add to my review when these problems are resolved, but at this point I can't recommend the company.

Glenn was exceptional. We have service on 2 units, one installed by RS Andrews (2019) and the other by another company (2018). Glenn found issues with both units that should have been discovered during previous service calls or even the initial installation. He also helped me register the service on line and activate the wifi.seems this should have been done during installation. We will always ask for Glenn for any future services.

John went above and beyond his duties to help me out. He didn't complain, even when he was shoulder deep in mud. If he is 't in a management position, he's well overdue to be. I will continue to use this company, specifically from Johns professionalism and work ethic. Service: Boiler repair

This was periodic scheduled maintenance. All are questions were answered. John, and I hope I selected the correct John, was articulate, professional, and listened to our questions. I was surprised to note R S Andrews had changed there name; again. The service was the same. Oh, and this is a biggie, John was on time but provided us with all the time we needed. Bottom line. I give a FIVE STAR rating.

RS Andrews service man was just great. He arrived on time, let me know exactly what was being serviced, asked if there was any problems, changed filters, checked ducts for possible leaks and of course ran the heat to make sure it was working correctly going into the fall/winter season. He wore a face mask, was very clean, courteous, and explained exactly what he did. He gave me peace of mind. I'm happy.

Cole was friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely ask for him again for future service. I was also very happy that R.S.
