We have been using Westberry Heating and Air Conditioning since 1999. They have done a great job helping us to repair old systems, they have honestly recommended when it was time to replace an old system with a new one and they have been very efficient with the install schedules. We happily purchase their maintenance agreement for all of our properties and they make sure all will run smoothly before the change in weather.

I have worked with David who oversees a great business, Shawn gets me on the schedule and returns my phone calls promptly and James is always within the time frame he is scheduled for. He is polite and funny and always cleans up after a job. He also does our maintenance and helps me with what I can do to keep the systems working well. Give them a call. Highly recommended!

I have been using Westberry Heating and Air for over 25 years. Every Real-estate Agent I tell, try them you won't be disappointed, ends up using them again and again. My Father uses them for his business, personal home and rentals. They are on time, very professional, very easy to work with, fix the issue if it can be fixed rather than try and sell you something you don't need. They will solve your issues and have always been fair with the prices.

James has been servicing my 2 Air Conditioning Units for many many years. He is always on time, very polite, makes sure he has shoe covers on while in the house. The two indoor units are in the attic and it's not that easy to get to the 2nd unit which is on the other end of the attic - James, being 6'3, has to be very careful to stay on the wooden beams to get from one end to the other. The two outdoor units are easy to get to and check what needs to be checked.

Working with Westberry has been a pleasure every time - we've had them replace all of our HVAC duct work and also use them for biannual HVAC maintenance. David is fair and honest, which goes a long way. I most recently spoke with Shawn over the phone to schedule our next inspection, and she was very helpful, friendly, and worked to quickly confirm our upcoming appointment.

I am very glad that I signed up for semiannual service with Westberry HVAC for my short term vacation rental home. The technician always gives the system a thorough check up and I can feel confident there won't be any surprise breakdowns. If trouble does occur, I know they will promptly take care of it. This is so important when guests are visiting!

Gary is the BEST! Very professional, kind and pleasant young man! I was so excited for our air to work. He knew exactly was wrong and he quickly fixed the problem. We were very pleased to have someone come out on a Friday after hours. I made the call around 4:30 and the office assured me someone would come out. All the service technicians were out on calls.
