They have serviced my furnace, provided on-the-phone assistance, and delivered gas to my house for the last 3 years. Great service, quick delivery, and knowledgeable staff.

Rob Lathrop and his team at Yankee Oil installed some Mitsubishi Mini Splits at my home on August 11th. I'm so pleased with the service I received. They did an amazing job from start to finish. His team was professional and very friendly. Afterward I received instructions on how to operate the new AC/Heating system. Rob took the time to answer all my questions and explain how everything works.

Now I have a super efficient top of the line system in my home. I highly recommend Yankee Oil for not only oil service and support but also installation of the Mitsubishi Mini Splits. My home is now cool and comfortable and I'm saving money on utility costs! This winter I look forward to a savings on my oil bill as well.

I've been a 22 year customer of Yankee Oil for heating oil and burner service and they were always reliable, friendly and knowledgable. Two weeks ago our boiler cracked a casting and started to leak. I called Yankee Oil and Rob, the service manager came over to assess the situation and make recommendations on a new boiler. Yesterday Rob and four members of his tech crew came in to remove the old boiler, indirect water heater, etc. and installed all new equipment.boiler, indirect domestic hot water heater, controls, burner, expansion tank and vents.

They showed up on time and were in and out in six hours. Everything is plumb, level and tidy. The crew cleaned up everything, soaked up all the water on the floor and swept it clean. I recommend them highly.

I have been buying oil from Yankee Oil Inc. for 20 years. They come annually to clean my furnace and do a great job. They are very reliable when I have after hours heating emergencies and very reasonable when they do have to come out. Their technicians and office workers are professional and courteous.

Yankee just installed a new boiler and hot water tank, and we could not be happier. Their prices were reasonable and the quality of the installation is top notch. Only ball valves, and lots of them to isolate any potential trouble area. Individual high efficiency circulator pumps for each zone, instead of zone valves that don't regulate flow well. Wiring and plumbing is neat and well organized, the system was made as compact as possible to free up space.

They take care of any energize CT refunds available. Their techs are well trained, and have the best equipment for tuning and checking efficiency. They take care of the permits, and the replacement went fast, and they left everything very clean. Above and beyond, these guys earned every star!
