Excellent System and company. Ive had my Gas Boiler and tank for 5 years and I have to say its a hell of a machine. Ive never had my hot water run out and I take long showers while washing clothes and running the dishwasher. Never even had to think about the boiler not being able to handle it. 5 stars isn't enough for these guys. Like My installer told me Its the Rolls Royce of boilers.

I recently had a new oil tank and Kinectics 2000 system installed. We needed a new heating system, Sippin gave us a few different options. Once I read up on the Kinectics, we decided to spend a little extra and go for it. We definitely made the correct choice. The Kinectics 2000 is very quite, We use to hear the old one kick in since it is under our living room. We don't even hear the new one turn on. I highly recommend Kinectis system!

Had the System 2000 installed about four years ago. Since then we have saved about 30 percent on our fuel costs. Recently we had a minor problem and contacted Energy Kinetics. Then phone was answered by Dorita who impressed us with her knowledge of the system and her willingness to help us. Dorita put us in touch with Brian Kiernan, a company rep.,w as extremely helpful and solved our problem within minutes. Energy Kinetics should be proud of having employees this concerned with customer relations and service.

I'm a certified Energy kinetics installer, installed boilers as far as Cape cod Mass, East Stroudsburg PA, and services units in rockaway, boonton, parsippany, Rockaway township, lake hopatcong &etc. I've been to factory many of time and logged in hours of training on all equipment including newest Hi efficeny boilers!

As a service technician I have worked on dozens of EK boilers, some have been very old. I firmly believe that these boilers provide the best reliability, efficiency and ease of service compared to the competition. When serviced and tuned correctly annually sucking soot is usually not necessary. I have heard homeowners sing the praises of these boilers like no other piece of equipment I service.

They hold a highly detailed training class for their dealers employees and technical support is world class. Proper installation and maintenance is the key trouble free service. Its always going to be my top recommendation. My only problem is that I don't have one in my own house, yet.

We recently had Energy Kinetics 90 Plus Resolute boiler installed approximately five months ago. This is used for both home heating and also heating our 15000 gallon in ground pool. The system is great. My husband actually complained the water was too hot in the pool. We find the system uses very little fuel and also it is very quiet. I would recommend Energy Kinetics to anyone.

I unfortunately got a house with this system. the system is EK1 Frontier Front Service. I didn't pay attention to the heating system. Because a home inspector said its new but he never worked on it so he had no experience on it. So i planned to get it serviced, but do to my funds i was waiting for a few paychecks to start with that. less then 2 months in the house the hot water went out, as my wife in the shower. Im not a boiler professional but i been working in many fields, as a tech and as a engineer.

So in the flowing morning i set up to find out what's wrong with the system. I found that the plate heat exchanger is clogged and caused the water not to flow to the heat tank. It also cause the oil burner to keep Giving heat as Energy Kinetics calls it (calling for a demand) so it wasted oil. But this led me to trying to find the part. I didn't want to use the previous owner's oil rep because they been using since they installed it, maintain it.

And from what i seen they never backed washed the plate heat exchanger. Also if anyone of you who work in or own a business you have one or two real knowledgeable person and then the rest. And if you ever call and they sent some it's usually the one i cal the rest. because the knowledgeable person is doing something more of a high priority. So now Im in need of a plate heat exchanger, which is literally a 30 min job with beading the lines.

With no dealers willing to sell the part without installation. and calling Energy Kinetics they only sell to dealers. So no help from them. Ps if you don't believe me try to Buy a Plate heat exchanger Part # 10-416 also known as #14 heat exchanger.
