We service all makes and models of Heat Pumps, Gas Heating and Cooling equipment, as well as Mitsubishi Mr. Slim Ductless systems and Unico High Velocity systems.
At Broad Brook Heating of Preston, CT, we offer our customers the option of a HVAC maintenance agreement. Many problems can be diagnosed and resolved before they can cause a problem during extreme weather. If your system fails during peak time period, you will be placed ahead of everyone else who's called for service who is not a Maintenance Agreement customer.
Our team at Broad Brook Heating is looking to expand! We are searching for an experienced HVAC Technician, a trained professional that can become part of the team. Are you interested in joining the HVAC industry, but you don't have past experience? We are also looking for applicants to fill our Apprentice position.

I have used Broad Brook for the last six years. I have had only one maintenance call in all that time and it was taken care of promptly and efficiently. I moved to this house and the previous owner had left all the paperwork from appliances along with work receipts. I used the same company as them, but a year later when my hvac system died, I called them twice to get service and they never called back. So I checked with neighbors and you were recommended. My call was answered, someone was here right away and I had a new system about a week later. That's how I like doing business.

Dennis has been servicing my heating/cooling system for the past 18 years. He has always been highly efficient and professional. After total failure of my old system recently, he replaced it with a much more efficient one. He is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to provide a timely and excellent installation.
