I had an excellent experience working with everyone on the Dayton team. They installed a new AC and Furnace and were all knowledgeable and professional every step of the way! They did a great job answering all my questions, showed up on time, and finished when they said they would. They laid down drop cloths to protect my floor when bringing the equipment in and they also went the extra mile to properly clean up any mess they made. If you're looking for an HVAC company that takes pride in their work and does the job well, go with Dayton.

Great company with superior customer service. This week when temperatures reached highs in the 90's our A/C stopped working. Dayton's sent a serviceman out that day and had my house cooling same day. Great service department and salesman don't push products when considering fix or replacement, they find solutions to make homeowners happy. Highly recommend!

We had an issue with our upstairs rooms getting hot during the summer months. Dayton pointed out inefficiencies with our ductwork and filter size. They were responsive and showed up when they said they would. The installed a new AC and furnace and were very careful to cover all carpet when walking through the house. The completed project is very clean and system works great. Very happy with choosing Dayton.

The team from Dayton came out and replaced our water heater within 16 hours of it going down. They do high quality work making sure everything is in working order. In our case one faucet didn't work, requiring a repair. The Dayton didn't leave until the job was done. If you are wondering who to call for your HVAC or water heater replacement needs, I would highly recommend calling the Dayton team. They are professional, courteous, and on time. Every time we have worked with them, I get the feeling that they treat each visit like they are working on their own home.

Received excellent service both in sales by Nick and in service by Kyle and Chris. Very aware of your home by covering steps and carpet. Took time to go over new water heater with me. Initially, thought it was water heater but turned out to be attachment to furnace. Ended up taking care problem at same costs as water heater. So replaced heater and fixed issue. Will recommend Dayton again and again!

I have waited a year and a half to write this review as I wanted to have at least a year with our new system. If Google allowed for 6 stars this would be the rating for this amazing company. We actually replaced an entire WORKING HVAC system that was inefficiently and ineffectively heating and cooling our ranch home based on their recommendation. Just as they said it would, we now have a more comfortable home in all seasons.

Their installation and service is second to none. When I checked their references pre installation I was impressed that each reference was more of an ambassador for the company than a customer. I now know why as I have become and am an ambassador as well and recommend this company to anyone and everyone that has heating and cooling needs! Their employees are some of the nicest and most professional, caring people you will meet. Thank you Dayton!

This review is long due. Dayton installed furnace, AC and an ERV for me last year. The installers did an excellent job. They not only kept the both verbal and written promises and but also provided excellent after sales service. It is one of the company obsessed about doing the job right for their customers. I highly recommend them for your heating and AC jobs.

We returned from vacation on Thanksgiving to find that our heat had gone out while we were away. I called at about 8 am today and I already have heat. The technician, Jesus, was super nice and very efficient. Would definitely use them again. Service: Repair heating system

My experience with Dayton and their staff was excellent. They removed my old system and installed a new heat pump system in one day. They also made sure I fully understood how to operate my new thermostat - including it's remote operations. I didn't think I would use the phone app much, if at all, but I was wrong. Now, before I even get out of bad, I turn the heat up and begin to warm up the house. The absolute description of laziness or luxury depending on your attitude. Thank you, Scott, Ben, and all at Dayton.

Dayton is by far the best HVAC company. I've used them for years. Another HVAC company told me I needed a new furnace and when Dayton came out, they fixed the problem for $60. Turns out I did not need a new furnace. I just had them replace a furnace in my new home and again their service compares to no other company. They essentially gave me a whole home humidifier for free just for being a loyal customer. They know how to treat their customers.

So thankful that our neighbor told us about Dayton HVAC! Our AC stopped working. We called our "regular" HVAC company and they "forgot" to come out as they promised. I called Dayton and they were here first thing the next day - on time and very professional! Our system is 20 years old and I was afraid we were going to need to purchase a new AC. But lucky for us we were able to repair our AC for a reasonable price.

I appreciate that Dayton didn't try to tell me I had to buy a system when our current system is still doing the job. We will get a new system in the next couple years and at that point - we will DEFINITELY work with Dayton. Highly recommend!

Had Dayton install our new AC & Furnace. Nick and team were professional, timely, and took the time to answer every question I had for them. Good notes were taken, and the system was installed just as I wanted. Install crew paid attention to detail, and when we did have an issue, the owner of the company even stopped out to make sure everything was taken care of.
