Our air conditioner was not working properly and I called to set an appointment, and surprisingly they were able to have someone come that day. I was expecting it to be a number of days or a week. The tech, Sherrill, was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and even found what probably led to the issue in the first place. I am extremely happy with how quickly they were able to come and fix my issue, their knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely be using Kohles and Bach moving forward.

Service representative Brandon was pleasant, knowledgeable and very efficient. He was courteous and made sure his work area was spotless when he was finished. Brandon called and arrived promptly. He went the extra mile when my dog got out and waited until dog was in the house, explained how gas fireplaces operate, how to use igniter and told me about changing switch for variable speed fan. No mess and well organized. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would like him to return if I need additional work. I liked the staff photo.

The service technician (A.J.) called in advance of arriving, arrived when promised and completed the work in a professional, workmanlike manner. The serviceman was excellent. He explained what was wrong with our gas fireplace and cleaned the existing pilot light piece of rust ( which worked!) before installing a new piece. Cleaned the fireplace including the glass and installed a blower unit. We were very pleased with his professionalism, friendliness and would definitely recommend this business.

I came home from a week vacation to a FREEZING house. I called Kohles and Bach and they sent a technician out to my home on a Sunday evening in the freezing weather. The response time was great. The technician was knowledgeable and the price was fair. I trust Kohles and Bach knowing they aren't going to push some high priced products on me and will not price gouge me either.
