Dale and Lee's were the only ones that answered the phones themselves early in the morning. They were very professional and on time for each visit. They had a good attitude about being called back a number of times because our system just wouldn't stay running. Jordan got us back up and running like brand new and the cost was very affordable. Jordan was pleasant, helpful and patient with all our questions. Our dogs liked him, so he must be a good guy. Thank you so much Dale and Lee's!

Had a wonderful experience with Dale and Lee's and would recommend them to anyone. They were timely, professional, and efficient. They got my AC unit up and running again in no time at all on the same day I called them. When I called them back cause something wasn't quite right they were quick to be back on the same day to help even though it was after hours.

My parents had a new hot water tank installed today. They took a nap and woke up to gas smell in the house. They tried calling Dale and Lee's 4 times and finally someone called them back at 10:30 tonight. He had to tell my dad how to turn off the gas because noone could come out and fix it. They said they would come in the morning. Your website says 24 hours. They also put in a new AC unit for my daughter over a year ago and she still has trouble to this day with the AC unit. And they say nothing is wrong with it.

I don't even know where to start so let me just start at the beginning of the summer. We called Dale and Lees for our regular beginning of the season summer maintenance on our AC unit and also because when we turned it on it kept freezing up. D&L's comes out. "fixes it". We paid $175 I think and they left. Called back next day because the problem. wasn't fixed and it was still freezing up so they sent someone else back out to tell us that the other guy said his gages weren't working so I used mine today and you're low on Freon. Which is fine, but then they charged us ANOTHER $100 service fee. We shouldn't have to pay another service fee because the reason it wasn't fixed in the first place.

Excellent services and staff. Fair prices and dependable service men. Office personnel very helpful. A+ BBB ratings for decades. No issues with work. Been using this business in excess of 20 years.

Critical: Value Fixed my Ac. But charged way way to much. I got charged $170 for a $20 part. other ac companies put service fee to parts. Not dale&Lee. I will never do business with them again

Moved into a new house and quickly found out the AC was not cooling properly. Dale and Lee's sent out a service tech and he went through my system and said nothing was wrong. He Just changed a setting on my thermostat and said it should be fine. Week and half later it still wasn't getting cool so I called Air Co out and they found out both of my AC units were low on coolant.

They recharged the coolant and both units work perfectly. Plus we found where the leak was and I have that scheduled to be repaired. I called Dale and Lee's to let them know that they missed the mark and said they would call back and never did. The conversation was cordial, so no reason to not at least call me back. I would not recommend using this company - period.

Good company. I've been using them commercially for several years, and I believe them to be a good and honest company based on the actions I've seen them take while at the facility I manage. When we're in a bind they've always stepped up and taken care of us.

I called these guys out to free up a stopped up drain right after the cold spell a couple weeks ago. The drain was super slow. We couldn't do any laundry to speak of Because then if a stool was flushed it would overflow and make a real mess! It took four days for them to come out, but we knew every plumber was really busy so that part was to be. expected.

When they did come out they pulled the furthest stool and ran their snake down it, they got it to "flow" decently. They left the bathroom a mess! It wasn't cleaned up at all. Stuff on the floor and they even left the old wax ring and other parts in a trash can in the bathroom. But the worse part is they took my wife's new washcloth to "clean up" some crap off the floor.

Then just left it on the stool lid for someone else to clean up! They appeared to be in such a hurry to get to the next appointment! Very disappointed in them! Well two weeks later the stoppage is back! But I'll not be using them again. We've used the air conditioning part of the company and they were great! Just not this part.

We were having some issues with our mini split unit. Brandon came out and was very professional, honest, pleasant and had our problem identified and fixed in a very short amount of time. Would HIGHLY recommend him!

I was charged $ 1,532,72 for a coil that was under warrant and took less than 2 hours to fix

So proud of all the people at Dale and Lee's Service. All of them are so respectful, they get the job done, and they clean up after themselves. We had a hot water tank go bad, and I called about 8:30am and the new tank, with some code upgrades was all done before 3:00pm! That relieves a huge load of stress for someone who travels quite a bit and. doesn't like lingering problems.

With D&L's Service it was all done in less than day! Kudo's Jerome, Jason, and the guy who set it all up, the head estimator and plumber (sorry, missed his name)! Thanks to all of you!

Dale & Lee's Service is an honest, efficient and professional company. They have always gone the extra mile in helping us with our heating/AC needs. We've used Dale and Lee's for many years! They always have great, trust-worthy employees who are very thorough. We really like the maintenance plan that allows you to pay one amount to take care of your spring and fall maintenance services with your heat and air units. This morning, Doug came out and did some warranty work, and showed me exactly what he was fixing while explaining exactly why it needed fixed! As everyone else has been, he was another very friendly, trust-worthy employee!

We used Dale & Lee's Service (in business since the 60s) today for a spring inspection. Billy was here for about two hours and provided new and then changed all of our filters, checked every return, fixed our thermostat and cleaned the outside unit coils. He found a wire installed incorrectly and took care of that at no additional charge. The cost today was $148, which includes another visit and cleaning in the Fall. Excellent company with top-notch service. Billy's customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend this company.

Dale and Lee's have always been very professional and knowledgeable. They have done work for me for years. Replaced heat and air plus moved duct work about 2 years ago. Have also used them for plumbing. Doug came out recently to do fall maintenance and was very professional explaining what he was doing. Very nice guy. In my experience all of the guys have been kind and very professional. I highly recommend them.
