Geothermal units use a system of loops buried underground, using the constant temperature of the ground to heat and cool your home via energy exchange. Not only did they Install my new AC and Furnace. They also are wonderful people to work for. I am happy with my unit but also have been happy as an employee with wonderful bosses, through cancer, through COVID they are just wonderful and caring people. They have the best maintenance agreement in tulsa. It is a really good deal and I always know that if I do have a problem I dont have to worry about after hours fees or stuff like that because I have the agreement. They are always very polite and respectful, the office staff is amazing and always answers any questions I have. There is a new girl in the office named nicole and she is very helpful. I will never go anywhere else for hvac service.

Have been a loyal customer over many years, paying over $300 for preventative services every 6 month for my 3 air units. Yet, when my air conditioning unit broke down over a weekend, I could not get an emergency service and had to call Airco Service. Noted decreased quality of service over time. Have terminated its service contract.

Elite put in 2 new Energy Star HVAC units in our home last March. The units themselves are wonderful. The owner initially came out and gave us an estimate and laid out all of our options. He explained the pros and cons of each system and helped us decide which one was best within our budget, and even helped us with the financing. We bought the units from Elite because we had used their service before, and were always impressed with the friendliness, efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism with not only all of service technicians, but the company as a whole.
They are very reasonably priced, and they always send someone out to help us within a day or two (if not the same day we called). I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend Elite for any heat and air services you need.

I called Elite Services last February when my heating and air unit quit working. They came highly recommended to me and I was so glad that I called them. At the time, I was going through medical treatments and was a little overwhelmed that now I have no heat! They assessed the problem and promised me it would be up and running asap. They came the next day in the pouring rain armed with a tent and got the new unit installed.
They also changed the location of the return air vent and my home is much more comfortable in both the cold and hot seasons. I had gotten a bid a couple of years before knowing that the unit was old and might go at any time. Elite's pricing was under that amount. They were very professional, and very courteous. Top notch company!
