The fan motor on my compressor went out during last weeks heat wave. A service guy Came out the same day but gave me the impression he didn't really want to be here or work on my unit the whole time he was here. Complained about how long it took to drive here. Complained it was an old system and an odd motor. Didn't have the right motor on the truck but had a similar one so I convinced him to try it.

Before he got it off he said the shaft was the wrong size so it wouldn't work. Never offered to change the fan and motor. Packed up and left saying the office would call me. I called them a few hours later and the systems were down so they didn't have any information. Called me back a while later and said they could order the motor but didn't know when it would come in. I paid the service call fee and told them thank you for your time.

Phone call was answered promptly and professionally. Kevin called and arrived when he said he would. Diagnostic provided parts were needed. Came back and replaced. Didn't completely repair but couldn't replicate issue. Came back and checked unit again. All numbers were in range. He called supervisor for advice. Finally located the problem. Repairs made.

I used them this past summer when my air would not come on. I called around to see who would come first. They did. Their prices were fair and they completed it in a timely manner. I had to call them again bc my unit will not come on. I was able to get a same-day appointment. I will end up having to get a replacement thermostat as mine is ancient and starting to go out. My 1997 unit is still working though!

This is, I think, the first time my heating maintenance check was just before the season! I appreciate that! The prior times, were well into the season or after. That went for my AC as well. Steadfast has excellent service! Our air went out during the night. I called Steadfast at 1:00 A.M expecting to leave a message. To my surprise a very friendly and helpful agent answered my call. She took my information and advised someone would contact me later in the morning. Again to my surprise, a Technician called me at 7:00 A.M. and arrived at my home by 7:30 A.M. He was very polite and professional. He quickly identified the issue and had my issue resolved within an hour. Awesome Job Steadfast!

The technicians arrived 30 minutes early to the scheduled appointment when I was not home, leaving a note to reschedule a later date on my front door. They tried to reschedule for the following day, but I told them I already rescheduled work to be on time for their visit today. They were also unwilling to come back out today to correct their error.

I will be finding ac services elsewhere. It is disheartening working with a company that does not respect time and show understanding that people have commitments to their own jobs as well.

Our air conditioning stopped working on a hot Saturday in July. I called Steadfast Heat & Air. Jackie took my number and told me I would be hearing from a technician soon. Within 15 minutes I received a call from Chad. He quickly worked us into his schedule and had our unit working again within 30 minutes of his arrival. Steadfast worked with the warranty on our unit for parts and charged a very fair price for labor and the weekend visit. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
