First time I used them. GREAT communication skills along with efficient work. On-time and stayed with Agreed price for the job. While I hope I don't need a plumber in the future, IF I do, I'll start with Paramount and Harry

I will use Paramount over and over again. Not only are they located right down the street from where I live, they are professional and not just on-time, but ahead of schedule. Their techs really know what they are doing and take the time to make sure you are comfortable with the service. I cannot say enough good things about this company, just go to them for all of your plumbing/hvac, etc. needs!

I had an amazing experience from beginning to end. I found out about this business through the Navien water heater website when I was looking to install a new unit. I had another company give us a quote that was super high so it made me look around for other quotes. I'm so glad I made the call. Nick Davis came out to give us a quote and he was super nice and super knowledgeable.

He is exactly the kind of person I want working on my home. We got a reasonable quote and when the work was done, it was the best work I've seen in terms of how professional and clean the installation was. It is a work of art. He made great recommendations and knew how to answer every question I threw out at him. I highly recommend Nick to any plumbing concerns that you may have. Thank you! Called for an appointment on a Thursday and had an appointment for a Tuesday. They came on time and listened what my issue was and performed a service that made sense to the issue I was having. The service worked and I was thrilled. Service: Heating system maintenance

We had an emergency on a Saturday. Paramount came out with the hour and got us fixed up so quickly. Our tech was super friendly and made sure to go through exactly what happened and how to prevent in the future. Highly recommend!

Hot water heater went out on Sunday night. I called Paramount Monday morning at 8:30 and they had someone to my house to fix it by 1 pm that day. I really appreciate their professionalism, promptness and it all came at a very fair rate. Highly recommend

I have used Paramount twice now for clogged drains. Although not a major job both times they were very professional and knowledgeable and gave us tips on how to avoid problems in the future. I have used Paramount in the past due to how professional and nice they are. This morning I woke up to a sizeable water leak and within a half hour someone was here from Paramount fixing the issue. Had the cast iron drain pipes for my entire house replaced with modern plastic. Really excellent job done, it's a very old house with a lot of crazy plumbing in place. They really went all-out to get it as right as could be done. They found that along with the cast iron drains they had to replace all the connections to my sinks and toilet which. did involve extra work.

Very neat, they protected my home from damage and dirt. I was very happy to have found this small family run company. Thanks to Nick and his crew for completing what is a very dirty smelly job!

Paramount was great. Not only could they get out same day but they were here less than 3 hours after I talked to them. Paramount is an exceptional company that I recommend wholeheartedly. Tom was so thorough on the phone in troubleshooting our issue. He even called a colleague who lived close to us to try to get someone out to our flooded basement ASAP. Nick came out in the evening, during his off hours, not even being on call on a day of torrential rainstorms. and flooded roads.

He was amazing.extremely professional, thorough, and addressed our sump pump issue, giving us peace of mind. He took detours around flooded roads to reach us, and we are so very grateful! Thank you, Paramount! It's wonderful to know that such awesome customer service still exists!

Jay, Nick, Mark and Tom provided seamless, professional service to replace our sanitary drain lines and water lines. They did a terrific job! What a great family run local business! Highly recommended! They won't disappoint!

5 gold stars to Jay and his amazing service and company. He not only shortened his lunch to come help me with my boiler leak, but he fixed it and took the time to explain everything he was doing. From the. first call with Tom to the repaired boiler- just under 2 hours! And the entire time I felt like an A+ customer Paramount Plumbing will be returning soon to do some maintenance services, too!

Now add to the list a newly constructed principal master bath with on wall toilet, fabulous tile, floating cabinets, with under lighting, radiant heated floors, LED lights and new walk in master closet for my husband. You are wonderful to work with!

Had them do tile, new tub, shower doors, vanity, etc. in 2 bathrooms, they had the expertise to complete the job, even the painting was done, one call does it all! Very well done! Their guys are all pros!

So I found myself in hot water today. Well, sort of. The tank lost the ability to hold it's water so it released it on the basement floor. So technically I was without hot water. Paramount Plumbing to the rescue! Great job Tom and Nick. Came same day, very professional and I Highly Recommend them. :-
