Best fuel company in Chester County! Always quick in making deliveries. Drivers are friendly (and great about restarting your furnace if you forget to reorder oil timely).

Annually when I'm low on oil I reach out for a refill. 5 years running and they're always friendly and punctual.

Used Chester County Fuel for the first time this year for our annual tune up and cleaning for our oil fired burner. Have used 3 or 4 other companies over the past several years and and this is the first time any company has earned a 5 star review from me. The service Russ provided was fantastic - he went out of his way to answer the many questions I had and even addressed other HVAC questions I had regarding our AC unit, etc.

I find it increasingly rare these days to get great service, even when paying top dollar and it was refreshing to feel like I got what I paid for, plus some additional knowledge for no extra charge. Thank you.

Great place been using them for years. Friendly and caring. Oil truck broke down they called and said I would have to wait til Monday for my oil. A little later I look out the window and see the oil guy outside. That was so nice of them to go get another truck and deliver my oil I really appreciated that. Shows me they care. Thanks guys keep up the great work.

Friendly staff. Very flexible company to deliver 50 gallons of heating oil. I ordered on a Monday and delivery was two days later.

A++ to these folks! They service all of my oil burners in 3 properties. Punctual, polite and call with reminders. I call the office with service questions and I am always given an explanation by one of the techs. And the ladies in the office are the best! They have earned and deserve the 5 stars!

For over 30 years, I've used several heating oil companies. Of all of them, CCFO, is the best. Friendly, courteous, and professional staff. Service technicians are extremely competent, and work hard to minimize their time, without sacrificing their quality service. Management is extremely responsive to any questions, and the CSR's always provide an accurate answer, or quickly refer you to someone to help. Best of all, the company's pricing has always been competitive; if not the lowest cost. Great company.

Called CCFO to inquire about a new system estimate since our service provider suggested that our HVAC system is "getting to that age" where it is going to totally fail. Harry came out to our house and not only didn't put the high pressure sales pitch on, he was extremely informative about systems, new and old. Harry is old school, honest, he has integrity.

He didn't think our system needed replacement at all - an unbiased opinion as he didn't charge to come out for the assessment & estimate. Nobody does business like this anymore, God bless Harry!

Here's a well deserved review for Harry of Chester County Fuel Oil who recently helped me out of a tight spot. The guy I hired to install a new furnace in my 1906 carriage house bailed on me. With that early arctic mass looming in the forecast, pressure was on. I was close but thanks to Harry, the leave-it-to-the-pros part of the installation was finished with enviable precision and skill. Heat and hot water--an especial winter pleasure. Great, great service. Just ordered a followup fuel oil delivery. Nice front office too. Five stars.

You need AC service? You need to call CC Fuel oil! I recently had CC Fuel install a new air conditioning system. Their response was fast, their technicians were extremely professional they did an excellent job getting me back up and running with cold air and they did a great job cleaning up. I chose the Bryant Evolution product and I am extremely happy with the performance so far. Their price was very competitive and I would use them again for this service.

Everyone from this company is an absolute delight to deal with. The receptionist is understanding, compassionate and extremely informative. I've called other places before, asking for will-call fill ups, and they were nasty and treated me like the bottom of the barrel scum, because I couldn't afford to sign a contract. Not Chester County Oil; they will deliver any amount, any price and will keep a smile In their voice. Even if prices fluctuate some day, I'd want to stay with them. Love these guys!

For the last ten years, I have relied on Chester County Fuel Oil for home oil delivery and furnace maintenance. Our boiler delivers both hot water and heat to our home so getting it up and running quickly when it needed repair was critical. Chester County was always there on the same day, regardless of time and had us up and running in no time. I also appreciated that although our furnace is about 20 years old, they never pushed us to replace it - take care of it, they said, and it will last another 20 years for you. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank them for their incredible service.

I have known Lynn for at least 23 years. She has always been a good friend. Last winter we ran out of oil and had a very little bit of money. She didn't ask any more questions and delivered the oil we could afford. This year I am going to join Chester County Oil Inc. and they will be our permanent house oil. We are getting on the budget plan and will never have to worry about a cold home ever again!

I've been with CC fuel for about 5 years now. I never understood why other fuel companies make you have credit checks even if you don't have a credit account with them. CC Fuel doesn't make you do this. They're prices are cheaper and they've never given me a problem or been rude (unlike Zeke's). I highly recommend them to everyone.
