Gasoline has risen more than a dollar more per gallon vs. a year ago. Natural gas prices have skyrocketed more than 150%. Crude oil prices have climbed above $100 per barrel, a level we haven't seen in seven years. The cost of electricity has not been spared either. Higher natural gas prices result in price hikes for wholesale electricity because of heavy reliance on natural gas-fired power plants. In the meantime, please talk to us about things we can offer to help you reduce your energy costs, or handle payments more easily.
Perhaps you've gotten a flyer or seen an ad for some new heating oil discounter. They bait you with a low price, but you have no idea what you'll really get. Can they guarantee that they'll have a supply of heating oil when you need an emergency delivery? Probably not. Do they offer equipment service?
When you get a heating service plan with Oehlert Bros., you also get our Tank Inspection Progam (OBI-TIP). Our Tank Inspection Program isn't just a quick look-see. The trained and experienced service technicians at Oehlert Bros. perform a 25-point visual inspection that follows guidelines from the National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA) to make sure your family, property and investment are protected. With an annual heating oil tank inspection, problems in your tank can be spotted before they become worse.

Oehlert Brothers is an excellent company. I've been with them for about 4 years. I've used them for oil delivery, and more recently, for a water heater, gas heater and air conditioner replacement. They are dependable and offer an old fashioned style of polite personal service. I'm very happy to have found them.

Not sure the last comment went through. Monday morning we woke up and our heat was not working. Called Oehlert and there was a friendly service man at our home within 2 hours. Tom was very efficient and knew the problem right away and quickly took care of it. We truly appreciate this fine service on a very cold winter day.

Recently moved into a house in PA and tried using them because the previous owners used them for a long time. This business is terrible. Don't give them your money. Maybe they were good in the past but they are not now based on my experience. ********Update 1/29/2022******* Regarding the response from owner: I will not contact you and will actively persuade people from giving you business.
Your customer service rep (Kim I believe) essentially called me a liar on the phone. You cost me a day from work, and were pretty much hostile on the phone with me when I first called and when I tried to resolve the issue. Not so fun fact: Oehlert brothers were fined in 2009 by the EPA ~$140000 for failing to maintain proper records of leakage events, training, and inspections of their hazardous material storage facility near Mingo Creek (a tributary of the Schuykill River). They then weaseled out of the settlement and only paid $50,000. Do you really want to give a company like this your money?

Great customer service and maintenance team. People are very friendly and honest. They assisted with all my heating and AC issues way better than my last company we had and actually fixed all the issues we were having. They even offered deals to save me money which was helpful. So glad we switched to them. Very happy with everything. 5 stars.

We had set up delivery for today, 1/13/2020. As of 3:00 pm no one had showed up or called. My husband called the office and was told " oh we're running behind, they'll be out tomorrow." My husband asked if we are getting a discount since of the above situation no call, no show & was told no. So he canceled the order. They took the money out of my. husband's card.
They never delivered the order. So we called & amazingly no one is there. They have until tomorrow to return his money & I did leave a message. How can a company take money when they never delivered the fuel. So I highly DO NOT recommend them. It's stealing & there's no 2 ways about it.
