We had a wonderful experience with this company. I would highly recommend using them. Paul, Dan and Chuck were a very professional team and worked diligently and efficiently to install a new Ac and Heat pump unit in our home. Our attic was very difficult to manage and work with for various reasons but they remained very professional, courteous and tenacious through the entire installation day.
They even took the time with us at the end of the day to go over the thermostat and different parts of the unit. The owner also worked hard to make sure all the details were taken care of prior to that day. She even have us a temporary portable unit during until our one part was available. Don't hesitate to use them, great company.

Recently had my air conditioning unit replaced with no complaints. The people that came to install the unit were on time and very friendly. When we came across a small issue they gave me several options and pricing so I could make an informed decision. They also will communicate by text which is very helpful. We switched to Michall Daimion a few years ago to maintain our HVACs and have been very happy with their services over the last few years. Today I had the pleasure of having Dan Glass come to service our systems and I wanted to acknowledge his professionalism, customer service and overall experience. He addressed a couple of concerns I had and gave me potential solutions.
What I really appreciated was that he didn't rush through the job and took the time to explain things, didn't try to upsell me, and educated me on what I need to do for the future (both preventative and also replacement).

I just had the most fantastic customer experience EVER from James who came to do routine maintenance on our air-conditioning units. He was extremely professional, timely and proactively offered easy tips and hints on how we help maintain our system between visits. On time, heads up before they arrived, very professional, explained all they did and were careful to keep everything clean and neat. We've also been very impressed with how pleasant and responsive the office staff is. So far, we're very happy we switched to Michall Daimion.

We selected Daimion from four bidders for a new air conditioner. During the work they discovered mold in the supply trunk. They were able, with no prior notice, fabricate new supply and return ducts to restore heat in about 36 hours. Our system is now state-of-the art andmold-free. I had their sales person come to my house, inspect it and write a proposal for an AC system (including a fan coil). I had other companies quote the work as well. His quote was not the cheapest but Because it is a local business and the sales person promised me all parts are in stock, I decided to go with them. On the day of installation I found out by chance that the system they installed was not the one they quoted.
It was a level down system (15 SEER instead of 16 SEER). When I called the the company, they owner promised to check it and indeed, I got a phone call from the salesman giving me many excuses, telling me they had to change the installed system because of a recommendation from their duct person. They left out the only true reason - they did not have the right system in stock.
He offered me a discount but when I said I insist on getting the system we agreed upon, He started threatening me, telling me that if that is the case, they will have to 'DEAL ME WITH ME DIFFERENTLY'. After I kept insisting on the getting the right system, they finally agreed to adhere to the contract we had but because they did not have the components they needed, I had to wait four months for the re-installation.
The bottom line is that they tried to deceive me and unless I figured it out, they would have succeeded. In addition, they also tried to threaten me to accept the wrong system. I know they have good ratings but if you choose to do business with them, make sure you check every single thing they are doing and take everything their salesman (I think they have only one) tells you.

No response about the deceiving act by the salesman. I know systems are not as available as they were before covid. The issue is that instead of coming to me and telling me they are sorry and they do not have the system they sold me, they installed a cheaper, less efficient system.
If I hadn't caught it, they could have gotten away with it. They could have come and told me it is a different system and ask if I am OK with it. They did not. Didn't see any response to that. ** I am frustrated with the salesman and I have a reason. It is hard to believe he threaten me, but he really did. He also lied to me about the availability of the system.
Only after I spoke to the owner, a few days later, he sent me an apology email. Before that all the phone calls were to try to convince me to accept the installed system and telling me that to replace the system is going to be too expensive for them.

Excellent service and expertise! Arrived the same day of the issue. Gentleman was polite, had shoe covers with him and was masked. Got to the root of the problem quickly and made a recommendation based on his review of the situation. HIGHLY recommend this company. Jake's work during a furnace diagnostic visit was beyond excellent. He was methodical, thorough, and effective. The explanation of both the problem and resolution were succinct and easy to understand. We have nothing but good things to say about them Even in the middle of a terrible snow storm they answered my call and helped troubleshoot our problem. Very disappointed with this company. We've had a contract for their maintenance for the past 2-3 years. Last March, they replaced the motor in our heating unit because it was making loud noises. They came back out for their regular maintenance check in October and after the man left, the motor was making the same noise again. When we followed up, we were told the part would be covered under warranty since it was faulty but we would have to pay for the full cost of the labor again.
They advised the labor is only under warranty for 3 months, however considering we got it repaired at the end of the season, it didn't run much after they made the repair therefore we had no way of knowing it was faulty within three months of them replacing the part. They also made no guarantee this wouldn't happen again, so we could be stuck paying for them to replace the part again in another 3 months.

In a world full of low quality contractors, this company is worth every penny. I've had 2 maintenance cycles and a hot water heater replaced. Not only was the work high quality, but they were on time, communicative, proactively educated, and helped me make some replace vs maintain tradeoffs. Can't recommend this company (and their reps, Ted and Mikal so far) enough.

Our AC stopping working yesterday. We have a yearly service contract with Michael Damion and called them first thing in the morning. They came out at 11:30 am same day and fixed our system. Ted was very knowledgeable and polite. Our home is cooling quickly and we are thankful for the quick service and not having a hot house in July. Great company! We have been with them for about 10 years. I highly recommend this small local business.

My service member Mike was probably one of the most professional and knowledgeable guys I have ever worked with. He was thorough, and explained everything along the way. Personally as I am guy who likes to be involved and know what's going on during the process he informed me of every step along the way. I don't know why I didn't use this local hvac company sooner, but I would and will recommend this company to anyone since they have a high standard of professionalism.

Was short and sweet. Very nicely learned that it is better to buy a new one than fix the old. Serviceman was very well informed and checked the various components which could be causing the problem. He also did me a HUGE favor by getting out his ladder and climbing up to my roof to change two burned out spotlights. We are a house full of old women (83,78,60) and I could not figure out how I was going to get this done. I offered to pay him but he said no. ( I did tip him

Purchased new residential Heating and A/C system that replaced a 28 yr old Furnace and 17 yr old AC which they originally installed and maintained. Service was fast and professional. The entire process was smooth and everyone (including the office and sales) was very responsive and provided numerous options. The installers (James and Paul) were professional, clean, efficient and hardworking. They provided clear explanations of the new systems and addressed all of our questions. Thanks!

Had this company come out, the central air was not working at all. I am a first time customer but they came out writhin 5 hours. I was expecting at least a few days wait. Turns out that a wire had been spliced that was behind the outdoor unit. We were charged just the standard service fee. I admire this companies honesty. AC is working great now.

I am new to Michall Daimion as I found a coupon to get a 18 point inspection on my heater for $89 in the local paper and decided to try a new company. When I scheduled my appt, I specifically stated that I had an "electric" heater and not a heat pump and that my unit had been maintained since it's installation years ago. I was told that the mechanic should be able to service my heater.
The mechanic arrived on time and was very mannerly. He pointed out that my unit was being used as an indoor electric unit and not a heat pump. He removed the top section of the unit and placed a yellow testor on it and said the airflow was good. He replaced the filter and asked about the unused humidifier. I was told it didn't work and really didn't use it anyway.
He cleaned out the filter from the humidifier and I guess turned water on to make it work. I don't think it is working since I've never seen any water run thru the clear tube, but I am hoping this doesn't disrupt my unit. He then asked for my check for $89. When I pointed out to him that I was waiting for the rest of the heater to be cleaned per the coupon his answer was: "we don't cover this model".
I thought this was terrible and should have contacted the company at that point, but it was xmas eve and I didn't want to get upset over the holiday. Now that I think more about it, I think this was very unfair and I would never call them again for service nor would I recommend them to my neighbors. I feel as though I was taken advantage of and I'm sorry I didn't complain more about this charge. Rita G

We used Michall Damion to replace our furnace this winter when it broke. The good news is that they replaced the furnace within two days. When we returned home that night we expected to have heat; the bad news is the house was still cold. We called the office, and Michall came out personally and made the necessary adjustments. They did tell us they needed a particular piece of equipment to attach the air conditioning. Supposedly they installed it the following week. Memorial Day rolls around we put on the air conditioning, and it does not work. (Air conditioner is only 2 years old).
We call the office again. They come to the house to repair to then tell us they need another particular part. We wait over five days in the heat for them to repair. The air conditioner now makes so much noise that it wakes us up at night. I would never recommend them for any heating or air conditioning job that you might have. This has been a nightmare.
