Del Air is the BEST! From A/C Techs to Salesman. Started with Joe Tocci my salesman advisor getting me the Best Trane system XR17 Heat Pump, Tem 6 Air Handler, XL824 Wi Fi Thermostat all installed by great technicians Tim and M'Kyle. System is a 2 stage variable speed 17 SEER Energy Saver. Great workmanship, and all helpful. I reccomend Del Air Sanford Fl. The Best AC Company in all of Florida. Robert Goudin, Eustis, Florida

Had the misfortune of having to deal with this company by way of the home builder, Maronda Homes. Having only been in the newly built home for 45 days, the AC unit goes bad as it is averaging over 90 degrees daily. Called Del-Air hoping to get someone here and all I got was that I would have to wait until they found time. I suggested that I pay for the repair and they would reimburse me; that was a NO.
I also asked if they would subcontract the job out to someone who could come sooner; and again NO. Then I asked for a supervisor, and I get an answering service. Builders, please, if you're going to do business with these people, establish some kind of quality assurance program that forces them to provide good and timely customer service. Everyone else, I would advise the same; ensure that you get a quality assurance program in writing that would guarantee timely service.

I have been with DEL Air for over 10 years Thursday night the 16th my AC stopped working. I called and got Brett on the phone. Told me they would be at my home on Wednesday the 23rd. Told him I was going in for surgery that day and it was 84 degrees in my house. Didn't care. Called the next morning to speak to someone who could help me. She said you are scheduled for the 23rd and can't change it.
So I called another company and they were at my house at 2:30 that same afternoon. It was 85 by then. The technician did his job and was gone by 3:30. He was wonderful. I will now cancel my contract with DEL AIR and won't use them again. That is a fine way to treat your customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

If I could give them zero I would have. Del- air failed to register my AC unit when they installed it for years ago. The unit was supposed to have a 5-year manufacturing warranty on it but since they didn't not in register the unit when they installed it there was no warranty. When I reach out to them to fix txv value, I was told that the estimate would be $950 since the unit was not registered.
I spoke with a supervisor there they told me since it was their era they'll go ahead and honor the warranty then he proceeded to give me a quote for $850. He advised me that the flat rate for the service was $850 including taxes and any additional material that the technician may need. I asked if the technician doesn't use any additional material would the price go down I was told no.
I spoke to three different people in the very beginning and they told me the techniques you'll be able to fix my AC the same day due to the Florida heat I would have paid the 850 just to have my house to be cool but I was told that they did not have the the part to fix my AC and the earliest that they can do it was Monday. The techniques she came out Friday he did not give me a quote he did not give me an estimate he only told me what was wrong he was only here for 30 minutes and he charged me $100 and told me that someone would follow up with me and guarantee you that my AC would be able to be fixed before Monday.
I would recommend anyone to use a different company maybe a smaller company that would be able to give you a quote based off the material that you're actually going to use and labor.

I will say that I will not call on Del-Air again unless one of the parts on our system breaks because of the $10 year warranty. When I scheduled DelAir to come out to our house for a drain cleaning, they said it would be $119 for the repairman to come out. I had informed their dispatcher what the exact issue was. The $119 price didn't bother me. It took Del Air technician an additional 9 hours to get out to the house.
There was no communication, no estimated time period given whatsoever. I called multiple times to get an eta and was told they were behind due to a high call volume and couldn't check in with dispatch or the technician. I got a call around 5:30 telling me the tech would be at the house between 7-8:30 pm. He showed up at 6:30 right when I was picking up dinner.
The other thing that bothered me was the additional $126 that I was charged to clean out the drain to our unit on top of $119. The $126 was not discussed with me prior to cleaning. This also seems very steep since I already diagnosed the problem to dispatch. The total was $245. I believe Del Air should be ashamed of themselves as this experience rubbed me the wrong way. The repair tech was very cordial and respectful and told me what to do to prevent further issues with the drains. Which is why they didn't get a one star.

Terrible experience. Our Carrier 5T unit was originally supplied and installed by Del-Air, so when we move in to this house, we bought the annual service package from Del-Air. When we had problem with our A/C, here is what we experienced: 1) It took couple of days for them to send somebody to check on the unit in the hot summer; 2) Del-air tech finally came and spent a long time checking the unit and told us the compressor is bad, it's 8 years old, we would be better off buying a new one, even we had paid $300 for the annual service, we still paid $100 for his "diagnosis", and made an appointment with their sales; 3) Luckily we called 2 other companies to give us a quote so we can compare.
The 2nd morning, a salesman from another local contractor K company (who obviously is also technically savvy) took a look at our unit, in less than half an hour he fixed it, turned out it wasn't the compressor, it was just a loose connection. This salesman from K company (I'm not listing this company's name just so you won't think I'm paid by your competitor to write this review) didn't charge us $100 for diagnosis, he didn't charge anything, he fixed our unit and told us there is still life in our Carrier unit. 4) The Del-air sales finally arrived, we told him the whole story, and asked for $100 refund, instead he just kept on pitching us to buy a new unit from Del-air, and if we buy a new unit, he would write off the $100 "diagnosis".
This is the whole experience we had. Del-air is not responsive, you will pay extra for their technician's "misdiagnosis" so they can sell you a new unit, when you asked for a refund for the misdiagnosis, turns out the only way to get a refund is to spend 10K for a new unit. This is a truly horrible business practice

These people charged for items that were not authorized. Flat out stealing. I was a good customer. 5 new complete air conditioning systems and bi-yearly service. I have no idea what happened to good business anymore. I think if you look at the 117 reviews they have, that average to 2 stars, you will run away! I am. Then I get a call from a very nasty woman named Rachel, stating that I owe a cancellation fee for something I never agreed to.
Just audacity at it's worst. Did I mention she was very nasty? Good luck guys, if that is how you treat a good customer, may God help the bad ones. $50,000 that I paid them for all the stuff I had done. Imagine them starting a fight with a customer like me. I am reporting their business practice to the Florida Attorney General. It is 100% illegal to bill a credit card without permission. They will be forced to respond to unauthorized charges they are attempting to collect. See you in court Rachel. She will be cited by name.

My AC compressor would not cycle on. I contacted DelAir for a service call. The dispatcher informed me the call would be $110.00 just to show up. I accepted the fee. The technician arrived and got my signature accepting the $110.00. He asked what was wrong with the AC unit and I explained. I'm a technician myself so I knew the start/run capacitor had probably failed preventing the compressor from kicking on.
The technician performed a system static pressure check showing that the charge was good (no leaking refrigerant). He opened the electrical panel of the compressor/condenser unit (outside unit), checked and found the capacitor to be at fault. He then made a bit of a calculation on his handheld device and quoted me $135.00 for the capacitor, $250.00 to install it and ensure that the system was up and running again.
I decided against his offer explaining that such a capacitor was well below $25.00, commercially available and took less than 5 minutes to replace. Within the hour of his leaving I found and purchased the capacitor from Rheem, the maker of my unit, for just over $10.00. It will arrive in a couple days. I should have simply opened the electrical panel myself, got the number off the capacitor and bought it the minute I originally assessed it as being at fault.
I have the electrical meters to check capacitor values so shame on me for passing the buck (literally). That would have saved me the $110.00 service call. In any case, these AC companies do not expect the average home owner to know these things and that's where they net huge profits. Consider this a PSA.

Had a full system Lennox system installed in late 2017 by them. Blower motor on the air handler went bad a couple of days ago. Thought it was no big deal, the unit is still under manufacturer warranty for parts, how much could it be? I mean it's just swapping a motor out that literally shouldn't take more than an hour. Del-Air service rep showed up (super nice guy btw) and confirmed that it was the motor that was bad and that the new motor would in fact be covered by warranty. However, he then proceeded to tell me that the labor was going to be right around $700 to swap it out. Del-Air is just blatantly ripping people off and taking advantage of their existing customers, $700/hour for labor is insane.
Found the part on amazon for under $300 and it will be here tomorrow. Beware of this company, if they'll take advantage of previous/existing customers like this then they're not worth dealing with.

August of 2020 I purchased a 16 Seer Trane 3 ton inside and outside air conditioning we are now a year-and-a-half in and the capacitor most likely is not working. Who pays $5,500 that's a lot of money and their product stops working in less than two years that's pretty lame. Then they say it's $100 a visit and it's about $100 to change the capacitor which you know doesn't take that long.
My unit is not blowing cool air it's just blowing air I know it's the capacitor I will find someone else to fix it. The parts are under warranty but these people literally are not held liable for units that are expensive and fail in a very short amount of time. Really disappointed

DO NOT HIRE DEL AIR. Truly awful experience all around. I myself eventually found and pointed out to a skeptical technician the clearly ripped duct that was causing one room to not get any air. This should have been the obvious, first thing checked yet it took 3 site visits (and 2 reschedules due to their completely missing 5 hour time windows entirely) and I had to be the one to find the leak and ask if it was a problem that air was gushing out in the attic (it was).
Throughout the entire process, despite my being polite and professional, every person I dealt with in person or on phone was rude, unapologetic, unprofessional, and not competent. I would have hired someone else but I was under warranty. The only positive I can say is they didn't try to charge me, and left me a small roll of duct tape to fix future leaks on my own. I would suggest that any AC company in Tampa Bay is likely an improvement over this one. DO NOT HIRE DEL AIR.

A/c system including thermostat a little over 2 years old and maintenance once, could not get any cold air. Had to pay for two very expensive service calls back to back, less than week apart, for a 5 minute visit which was a simple thermostat issue. Company's that get so big loose that personalized service. Won't be using these guys again.
And won't recommend them to anyone either. They make lots money on these new homes with new a/c systems and expensive maintenance and service calls and have no care how they rape people of money in the process!

My 87-year-old mother-in-law called for service. - The first Tech told her she needed a new AC. - Her unit is 8yrs old. - A sales rep came out, I got involved, he could not explain why she needed a new AC. Asked the sales Rep to send me the report. I never got it. - Del-Air sent out a new Tech, He charged her for 3 pounds of Freon, I am still waiting for the receipt.
After talking to a supervisor, finally got the receipts and reports, still can't see why they thought she needed a new AC Unit. I realize that they would have no trouble selling a new AC unit to an elderly person with a working unit that is under warranty.

After contacting multiple plumbers during an emergency situation Del Air was super responsive. The team members who came to fix the problem were kind, courteous, and got the job done fast while putting us at ease. I wish I got their names because they honestly were some of the best service people we've had in a long time. Seriously, thank you!

Service took a long time, but they put in an ultra violet light for the air handler. This company has an odd prioritization schedule for appointments, and they reschedule your service provider if you don't answer their call immediately. That puts the customer second before other things. It is very frustrating. They should just come at an appointed time. I always keep mu appointments, so they should too. Their service seems good, and our system has worked well between maintenance. And their service people are considerate.

From the beginning: It was a pleasure to have a cool salesman (w awesome tattoos) offering a competitive and fair price for a complete inside & outside units. This job was completed in a short couple of days by professional installers that were considerate and clean. They took the time to explain to me how my new unit would work. Considering this was my very first unit ever, I found it helpful to determine additional maintenance and/or specific repairs after installation.
These units work "A LOT" especially in my home state of Florida. Barbara in the office is my "go-to-girl" and is who I make my regular maintenance appointments with. She is super cool to deal with for years now. The Technicians that do the annual maintenance are truly so energetic and kind. Plus knowledgeable and helpful if I have any questions or concerns.
Emergency calls were handled by other kind and considerate office personal and technicians were always timely & knowledgeable. I love the call ahead phone call (& once or twice voicemail) from every tech that come, it's nice to get a heads up. Overall: I still couldn't be happier with their product, their service provided by multiple departments and comparable prices. I feel 100% this company absolutely nailed it. Thank you! No Regrets.

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT EVER contact DEL-AIR. They are the worst! $669 for 4lbs. of freon in a less than 3-year-old Trane HVAC system in a new build home. They were charging $1517 for LABOR ONLY, to replace the evaporator coil since the part was under warranty. They took 3 hours to look for a leak that was super obvious and could have been found in 5 minutes.
Neither a supervisor nor a manager was available. The field tech was nice but seemed uncomfortable being there. WORST SERVICE. Called around and even Tropical Air was half the price. DEL AIR Installed the HVAC initially, and the system has never worked right ever! do not waste your money here at all. I could have had Tropical air inspect for $75 instead of the $307 I paid for that for del-air.

I had Del-Air replace the condensor motor on my Goodman AC unit nearly one year ago. At the time the tech told me I had a one year warranty on the motor. Approx two weeks ago I heard the motor struggling to start. I called Del-Air to report the problem. They agreed the part was under warranty (until Dec 28). The tech showed up and of course the unit worked flawlessly.
After being charged nearly $100 to diagnose the problem the tech left. Approx two days ago the unit failed to work once again. I called Del-Air and once again a tech was sent out and once again the unit worked- Having done most of my own work over the years I suggested to the tech I felt the motor was failing when it became hot and as such would not restart- The tech called his supervisor and it was agreed the motor would be replaced under the warranty.
The tech next advised me the labor cost to replace the motor would be $400. I was shocked - having replaced these motors in the past and helped the original tech install this one I knew it takes about half and hour with basic tools to complete this job. Obviously I thanked the tech for coming out and informed him his companies services would no longer (ever) be needed.
I drove to Ocala picked up my part (total cost for capacitor and motor was $94) and returned home repaired the unit myself. My lesson - my fault for initally being lazy and not doing the work myself -

These guys come on time and do what they say they're going to do. I purchased a warranty from them when I bought my home 5 years ago so I can't comment on their pricing but I can tell you that their professionalism and the quality of their work is outstanding. Patrick came today to do our regular maintenance. He was on time, he was respectful of our home and soft spoken and professional. He showed us an issue we were developing with mildew on our coils and other surfaces inside our unit. We had been considering a UV light to combat this prior to his visit, and this convinced us to go ahead with it. He installed it, and everything was completed quickly about the same amount of time as any other regular maintenance call. You should be very pleased if he arrives at your home.

Where do I start with this tale? Do I start with the fact that I have a brand new house that is just over a year old and the Air Conditioner unit went live in 2019 and the evaporator coil crapped out just a year after installation. The fact that the company was the lousiest communications I have ever witnessed from a company that deals with HVAC. I was willing to give the company a chance, because I have read all of the reviews and I thought they were being unusually harsh.
I like to judge the company for myself. The first call was to setup the appointment and that went fine with the initial diagnostic test of what was going on. There was a leak from the evaporator coil and I had barely any refrigerant in the system. I have to note that this company did the installation of the unit when the house was built. They signed off on it.
My wife was received the quote for repairs. I will say that I wasn't feeling that price. I did my research and shopped around to find out if the price was fair. Let's just say another competitor suggested that I should fight for a lower price considering considering it was just two months out from free labor and the part was still under warranty.
Now here comes to the fun part, I called the company back and let's just say the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I bounced from representative to representative and let's just say as the person making the calls, I didn't receive any communication from the supervisor. I left all my contact information. Let seemed to me that they were intentionally dodging me.
They did call my wife after I was directed to the parts department and I made it clear that I was tired of the run around. Needless to say I was able to get a price reduction and the technician Ron is totally awesome. I will say in complete honesty, I would never use this company again if I can help it. The only reason for the one star is because of Ron and I can't go any lower.

Our home is new construction (2020 built) so less than 1 year old. The HVAC and parts were installed by Del-Air and in the past year, the AC has gone completely out not once but TWICE. On July 26, our AC went out and they were not able to send someone to look at it until July 29. The repair man did not go onto the roof to evaluate the entire system but just looked at the compressor that is located within the house.
He said it was a clogged drain line and left (several hundred dollars later). Flash forward 6 weeks and the AC has gone out again and it will be another 48 hours until they can get someone out to look at it. They refuse to waive the service fee since it has been over 30 days (so they literally only back their work to last 30 days, WHAT?!). This is a brand new, energy efficient unit. We regularly change the filter and keep up with the system. It makes zero sense. Literally use anyone else, literally anyone.

I haven't been able to trust an air conditioning company until I was introduced to Del-Air! When my AC was going out a few weeks ago, Phillip came out a day after I requested service, and analyzed my unit upstairs and downstairs to resolve my issues. He really took the time to provide options he thought was best for me, and left me knowing he had my best interest in mind!
Unfortunately my unit downstairs started going out shortly after, and another tech Jean came out. After another visit with it still not working, he returned again and we came to the conclusion that everything would need to be replaced. At that point Shaun from sales came over same day and discussed new ownership options with me to replace both units.
He did a wonderful job to keep my budget in mind and not oversell me on anything, and helped me choose the what was best for me. The installation of my new units happened 2 days later, and I couldn't be happier to have a working AC again! Thank you Del-Air for providing me with the best solutions!

They called me back within 15 minutes. On a Sunday. Within a few hours, technician arrived and was professional, knowledgeable and had my ac running again within 20 minutes. Then he went the extra step to take care of some routine maintenance so I wouldn't have any issues in the near future. From start to finish.exceeded expectations.

Our realtor recommended DelAir when we first moved to Florida. Today my two AC units were serviced by Andres Prado Serrano and I was extremely impressed. He did a thorough job and you can tell he cares. This is what every technician should strive for. The scheduling and maintenance plan staff are great too. Thanks! Service: AC maintenance

Pat A. was our savior today. Last night our AC went out so I called Del Air at 6 am this morning. They sent Pat to us late this afternoon. So thankful. He fixed us up quickly and explained the issue with our AC thoroughly. We will be sleeping comfortably tonight. Thanks Pat and Del-Air. Service: HVAC repair

We have been using Del Air for over 5 years now and previously never had any issues. The only reason I hired them was because they did the installation work for the builder so I assumed they would be good for the biannual maintenance. We didn't have any issues until June of this year. We had the routine maintenance done at the end of April and I was told everything was working great.
In June, the temperature of the home was going up which was not usual and I suspected a dirty air filter. I removed the air filter and found that it was soaking wet. I just assumed perhaps I let it go to long and replaced it. I also had Del Air come back out because they had just been out about 1 month earlier and I have never had a wet air filter before.
They checked the system and said everything was great. About 3 weeks later, the temperature in the home started going up again. Checked the air filter and it was wet again. I called Del Air and a tech came out again and said everything was working fine and that it was probably due to the high humidity we've been having and that the temperature difference in our lower level zones was probably creating the excess water.
About 2 weeks after this, the system shut off completely. I checked the air filter and it was fine but the float switch had been triggered. I cleaned out the float line and the it began running again. After about 1 hour, I found that the drain line was backed up. I immediately called Del Air and was told that they could have someone out in the morning.
I called a few other companies as well because it was 10pm and I didn't want the unit to stop in the middle of the night. No one was available but one also said they would call me in the morning. They did call me at 8am and had a tech out to our home by 9:30am. I explained to him what was going on and he told me that it had to be a partial clog of the drain lines.
He did a chemical flush and stated that it was clear to him that the lines weren't being properly maintained. Considering what came out of those lines, it was clear that he was correct. I'm very disappointed in Del Air and have requested a refund of my maintenance agreement fee. I have yet to get a reply from them. Amazing that since the lines were cleaned properly, we have not had one issue whatsoever with the temperature in the home when in fact we have had heat indexes over 105 for several days. Needless to say, the company that actually new what they were doing has now become the company who will be doing my biannual maintenance. I have used that company before for plumbing and electric but never thought to use them for heat and air.

My AC unit stopped working early this morning I called Della I bought the system from them for years ago I have an extended warranty and it had to do with the mechanical issue a****** technician came and said it's a maintenance issue and charge me a hundred and sixty bucks before even looking at the AC unit before even cutting charged me why baby cuz I'm a gringo maybe that's why he thinks I'm a gringo and you can take advantage of me I called Bel-Air if it's a supervisor supervisor hasn't called me back yet I want the reimbursement of 160 bucks for something that had nothing to do with doing maintenance to it and the reason I know that because the last technician show me how to do the maintenance to save me money so that was done and all of a sudden he comes here and now

Just put in a brand new hvac system. Spent lots of money for an upgraded efficient model. After only 1 week the system stopped working. Called 24 hour service and after 3 hours still no call back. The people answering the phone cannot even find the technicians. They now are saying after 3 hours I should get a call by 8;00am. I will not hold my breath. Plan on having them remove this system and provide a basic system that works more then a week

First, this happened a while ago, but I had scheduled an A/C maintenance for the early afternoon on a given day. I made sure I was home and available for the appt., but after several hours I was concerned no one showed. I called the company and found out that just because you book for the afternoon does not mean they will show up then. They ended up showing around 9-10pm!
I was furious. I understand that they need a flexibility window, but the possibility of arriving that late is really inexcusable. Cancelled service immediately! Switched to a mom and pop shop now and loving it!

Del - Air installed the HVAC systems in our new David Weekley Community. Our energy efficient home has proved to be more INEFFICIENT than our previous home, which was 500sq ft larger and more than twenty years older. Our energy bills are significantly more than the older home, while not maintaining temperature on many more (10-15 days during the summer) than the calculated days a unit is estimated to comply with yearly.
Despite the thermostat @ 75 -76 routinely with blinds closed; and especially if we decided to have any company (1-2 people) over, cooked with company over, or did laundry. Del - Air had 3 summers to fix the issue, but after numerous visits every year refused to acknowledge anything wrong with the system. Del - Air technicians basically indicated the system was working fine and that we should put up with the heat, inconvenience when having company over, and the soaring energy bills that came with the system.
However two other well known HVAC contractors stated the system was undersized. One of which performed a heat load test on the home, and recommended the smallest unit the home should have was half a ton more than what was installed. Multiple other community members have expressed the same concern with there HVAC units installed by Del - Air. Despite offering to pay for half of a new unit to get the proper sized unit in the home, Del - Air refused to do anything further stating that they could not install a larger unit due to Florida code.
However as stated before, another HVAC contractor evaluated the unit as undersized; and yet even another HVAC contractor stated the same with heat load calculations proving the unit is undersized. To coincide with our soaring energy bills, with it's only return as discomfort for three summers. I find it strange that Florida code would provide for less efficiency in homes as they get newer. AVOID DEL - AIR at all costs in my opinion, unless you're ready to possibly throw away 5-10 thousand dollars.

Exactly one year ago, after 3 attempts by De-Air techs that I had to pay for, they sent a high ranking sales rep to my home. He said that I need a new system. I asked if he could do something to squeeze out a couple of days so I could make a decision. He said there was nothing at all that could be done to get it operation. So a friend recommended a small company that came out and for about $150 got it working again. Now a year later, the system is working perfectly! (Would add another 10 exclamation points). This was total inexplicable dishonesty. Thanking God I didn't fall for it

John Aldrich quoted me a fair price on a variable speed 3 ton trane. And I went ahead as my entire air handler closet was not working for a long time properly. Richard Petty and Alex Hernandez came out for the most amazing meticulous install. Better than I ever hoped for. Last night I had the coolest low low humidity amazing night. Loving the savings I will have with variable speed and the lack of humidity.
These Guys were kind, nice, and full of knowledge. Did an Amazing install copper wire was put from the handler to the condensor. Fantabulous I am soooo soooo sooo Happy. they are the only people I will use for my other air conditioning unit when it goes out. and ONLY this Crew!

Del Air installed my new A/C unit 2 years ago, and I purchased the yearly maintenance program to keep up the warranty, and thank goodness! Recently my son had a nasty ear infection with a fever to go along with it and my a/c stopped working overnight (HELLO 95 degree weather!). When I called in the morning, they didn't have any appointments until 3 days later, so I was forwarded onto Patsy (service manager) so I could explain my issue.
She must've known that I really needed someone to be nice to me at that moment (I had been up all night on was on the verge of tears) because she somehow made it work! They serviced my a/c later that day! So Patsy, if you're seeing this, my baby and I really really appreciate you!

I used Del-Air today on my air conditioning repair at my house. They were amazing. It's the middle of a hot FL summer now. I called them yesterday at 4pm and they were able to get a service tech out the next day at 12:30pm. Impressive! The tech visit was reasonable priced and fast. He took less than an hour to complete the repair and inspection. I recommend them for sure. Great service! I'll use them again for sure.

Installed a New Trane A/C system in the midst of the Covid-19 and they did a great job installing and making sure everything worked correctly. I absolutely love being able to control my A/C unit now through my cell phone and being able to monitor how long it runs for. They also sent in the info to the Electric company so I could get the $600 rebate on my electric for an energy efficient unit! Very happy with my new system. Thanks for everything!

I moved into a brand new house on June 27th with parts that were installed and maintained by Del-Air. Since then I have had to have Del-Air come out a total of six different times to do repairs. The first technician couldn't resolve the issue, due to rain. The next day he came out and had to replace the TXV on the air handler because only one of the coils was working.
Since he didn't have the TXV we had to wait a few days for that part to come in. Once that was in, the next tech came out and it took him over five hours to install it. We had a technician come out today to put in a blower (since our pantry was over 90 degrees), and upon his departure THE AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK. IT'S YOUR JOB TO ENSURE THAT THE SYSTEM WORKS WHEN YOU LEAVE, HOW DOES THIS COMPANY EVEN EXIST?
I now have to get on the phone with them to have someone else come out tomorrow and verify that it's not working. If this entire coil assembly does not get replaced I will be calling Eyewitness News 9 to put this company on blast.

I am just trying to get my 2 units that were installed in 2014 to have their annual maintenance done. The maintenance is required in order for the extended warranty to be honored. Go figure.pay more money in order to make sure the money that you already paid up front for warranties is honored. This is day 2 of waiting for a tech to come by. On June 10, i was promised a tech would come by after 4pm.
I got the call at 830pm that they would like to reschedule. Your website (and another representative who i talked with at 550pm) proudly states Del Air is open 24/7. The 830pm rep, Raj, assured me that someone will be available at 6pm the following day, June 11. Here it is 730pm on June 11 and still no tech. Why even make appointments? This is ridiculous and unprofessional.
If it wasnt for the extended warranty stipulation (God knows that they will be quick to not honor the warranty if i dont get the annual service), i would probably go with another company.
