Called them when my AC stopped working! Showed up within 20 minutes of calling. Reasonably priced and amazing customer service! I have used this company twice now and would always recommend them! From start to finish Autumn air was very thorough and very efficient. I opted to not patch my old system and elected to replace mine. I can't gather enough great things to say about Fabian and his team. Super detailed explaining everything, very honest and to the point. Fabian, Abel, Bernie and Carlos were very kind and super professional. The time of completion was very fast and not to mention that the possibility of financing our replacement unit, helped immensely. I had two bids and decided on Autumn air due to the reviews. I was skeptical because the reviews were so good but decided to go for it. It turned out to be a smart decision. I have a big house that needs 2 units and replaced both of them at same time. The installation was done with great care and detail. They did the best possible job of installing them.
That is so important and is as important as the product you decide to put there. So that part is good. What about service. They constantly told me if any problems or concerns happen to call them even on weekends. I could tell they mean it and do not want to leave you hanging. I would recommend them without reservation. I believe they will do a good job for you. The install team is great.

Honesty, integrity, fairness, and reasonable, you just don't see that a lot in A/C companies these days, but I did today when Fabian came out to fix my A/C unit. He was direct and honest about the issues going on with my unit and didn't try to give me or make me pay for something I did not need. He was professional and prepared to handle the issues. I was very pleased with his work and from now on; I will call Autumn Air and Heating for all my A/C repair needs. #a/c
