Perfect Temperature Control

I had a water valve leak above my water heater. Although the problem I had was not the core business for perfect temperature, they still looked at trying to help me out. I checked with other companies and they were going to charge me an arm and a leg to replace my valve. It turned out all I needed was the nut to be tightened. Tyler from Perfect Temperature could have easily replaced the valve as well and charged me, instead he was honest and told me that all he had to do was tighten the nut.

The leak stopped. He didn't even want to charge me, so I said just sign me up for your maintenance plan on the spot. I appreciated his ethics, honesty and easy to work with attitude. Perfect temperature is a company that is fair and obviously tries to take care of their customers. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Vince performed a chimney leak repair at my home. He was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous. Vince really represented perfect Temperature Control well and I am very impressed. He found the leak and had it repaired in very little time. Two other companies were going to charge a whole lot more and weren't even sure of the origin of the leak. Our furnace wasn't able to contain temperature. Called Perfect Temperature Control to come out, and take a look. They were able to come that same day. Looked over everything, and told us that our low heat was weak, but should hold. It was good for a day, but then started to drop again. They came right back out, and bypassed our Nest, which was the problem.

We decided we wanted to just replace the furnace. Called on a quote, and they set everything up within 2 days, and were done in under the amount of time. Very satisfied with the service from start to finish.
