This company and staff are rude on the phone while asking for charges they provide in invoice. They are unprofessional staff in office. They charge when Tech leave from their premises and Tech stay in client parking lot for 15-20 minutes on phone. They charge 2 hours for 1 hour job. Did PM and after two days AC stop working so called and charge several hours. Don't need to call for service anymore.

I needed emergency service on my 3-door refrigerator for my restaurant and Ohio Mechanical was able to fix the problem with same day service (3 hours from call.) This smaller company is better suited to deal with 2021 problems because their larger competitors quoted 7 days to fix an emergency repair. Thank you so much Ohio Mechanical you have won over another loyal customer!
