Hetter Heating and Cooling are just amazing! The staff was quick to respond to their online requests, clearly explained the process, and thoroughly answered questions. They made sure we received the proper rebates for our new install and were reasonably priced in general. When it came to installation, they were quick to get us on the schedule, prompt with their arrival, efficient and detailed in the process, and gave us tips and tricks for proper care of our new units.

We had Rick and Brian Z. Jr. do all of the work at our house and were respectful and diligent. Couldn't have had a better experience overall and will continue to use them for maintenance and other repairs! Thanks Hetter Heating and Cooling!

I had a new furnace and AC installed by Hetter in June 2022, replacing the ~30 year old units I had in my home. I got a number of estimates from local companies, and there were numerous choices to make in terms of brands, features, warranties, reliability, prices and quality of installation and service. After careful review, I decided to choose Hetter. Dave was very helpful during the sale, answering all of my questions, and helping me to understand the differences in units and the tradeoffs involved.

He helped me to make an informed choice, and to get the features I wanted and the best deal for my money. Rick and Brian did a great job of removing the old units and installing the new ones. My home is over 100 years old, so there were a few challenges. They took the time necessary to do the job right, which is very important to me. They took care of all of my concerns, and answered all of my questions in a way I could understand.

The new system is very solid and works great; after only a few days I can notice the improvements. The more I look over and use my new system the better I feel about it, which tells me it was done right. I feel I made the right choice by going with the Team at Hetter. They installed a reliable, efficient system and will help me maintain it for many years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

We've used Hetter for a while now whenever we have issues with the furnace. For repairs, they are quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. Most recently we needed to get a new air conditioner unit. The cost/options provided were very clear and there was no high pressure sales or anything like that. The installation was done by Rick and Jerrell - both of whom were extremely nice, professional, and efficient.

They gave me a time frame/expectation when they arrived and were done within 4 hours or so. They cleaned up/did not leave anything behind. They showed me the work they did and how to operate the new thermostat. I would highly recommend Hetter as they have always been a reliable, trustworthy company over the 4-5 years we've used them.

I called on a Tuesday, met the salesman Thursday and had my furnace and ac replaced the following Monday. Fast kind service. The technicians Scott and Michael were professional, worked hard all day, respected my home and stayed late to finish the job. My system works great and my home is comfortable again. I used Hetter because they were referred by a friend and now they'll have me doing the same. Thank you.

Rick and Michael installed our mini split system in our home and were kind, fun and efficient! They were able to help us through some communication mishaps with the electrician. They did a great job and we would definitely hire Hetter for our next job! They were on time, knowledgeable and efficient!

Hetter Heating & Cooling came to my house today for a routine service on my furnace. My scheduled time was from 8am -12pm. The service technician, Rick Hoffman called me at 7:30am to let me know he was on his way and would be there in about 20 minutes! When he arrived he was professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Will definitely use in the future!

Very good experience from start to finish. I called on 1/27 about getting a bid on a new furnace and A/C. Rick H. came out the next morning, did a very thorough job of explaining my options and measuring for proper sizing of the units, and by 4pm I had a detailed quote with 6 options. I had a few more questions that Rick answered promptly, and on 2/8 I made the decision to go with Hetter.

My old furnace blower motor was in danger of completely dying, and they were able to get me scheduled for an install on 2/14. The installation crew of Rick, Brian, and Michael did a fine job. Rick answered any questions I had as the day progressed, and by a little after 4pm I had new equipment installed and working, and the work area was cleaned up. Professional workmanship and courteous service. They might cost a little more than others, but it seems so far that it is worth it.

When our furnace died at end of life we got several quotes. Hetter was here the next day, did an extensive job learning about our house and unique heating/cooling needs. Produced a competitive quote same day with various options. Once we selected Hetter they were here next day and the installers were amazing. Respected our home, completed the install, and stayed around to make certain everything was working correctly. Our comfort level is significantly improved. I highly reccomend getting a quote from Hetter.

Great bunch of staff from the office to the field. Responsive when I call for service or just information. Try to schedule based on severity of the problem. Just want a cleaning or are you down? Sincere in their efforts to accomplish what you ask for. I wish folks would understand and accept rare times when what you want and what is possible differ. This company really tries for all of us. Let me start by saying, this was an amazing experience. Trying to figure out who we would use for our AC/Furnace replacement was a hard choice. We had a couple estimates but were very impressed with Rick from Hetter with his thorough assessment and detailed info on options. They made it an easy choice. He gave us a full breakdown of what each product was and what would be best for our home.

It's great to have a salesperson that actually gives you a recommendation on what you actually need. The days leading to the install was very easy. I placed a call to Rick we talked through all the last minute details and got everything scheduled. We were out of town during this time but Rick made it happen and smoothly. They did a very neat and thorough job communicating throughout the day. We've had the AC and furnace for a month and are completely happy with the outcome. The office staff are rude! She is more than likely only rude to certain individuals. I asked information about a recommended thermostat and the clerk who answered the phone was very rude for no reason and didn't seem to want to assist me. There is absolutely no way I would ever hire them again. In addition to that they ripped me off by overcharging me for refrigerant.

The refrigerant they filled should not have been. It is against the law to use this refrigerant and it has been discontinued. These guys work off of commission and it is very apparent now. I get it you don't want my business, no worries. Be careful consumers and watch who you give your money and business to. They cannot legally turn you away; they will instead treat you like a lower class citizen. It's better to give your business to the small business owners if you can. Support small business people!

I asked the salesmen to come out and look at the duct work. He said it would not be until September today is july 12th.

New HVAC system installed. Scott, Zac and Michael were professional, courteous, cautious with masks, efficient and explained the system and maintenance steps. I had multiple bids from other companies and I'm sure Rick didn't think we'd ever make up our minds. Hetter was hands down the best selection. Great product, installation and warranty. I'm new to Dublin and will be sure to recommend Hetter. Thanks to the team! Hetter replaced our furnace and AC in March, and we cannot recommend them enough. The process from start to finish was exceptional. They were responsive, professional, courteous, clean, knowledgeable and just all around wonderful. We live in an older home which means nothing is ever as it seems. This didn't hinder them. I am so thankful for their attention to detail and expertise.

We received great service from Hetter when we needed a new AC unit installed. Sales Rep (Kevin) and our installers (Jerod and Donzel) were friendly and professional. Great work!

Date of service: 21 November 2019. This HVAC service is a recommendation from both our plumbing service, Jack Woods, and the manufacturer of the product installed, Aprilaire. Today, a service person, Jason, installed an Aprilaire 600M whole-house humidifier on our furnace. The service person is polite, professional, and respectful of our home. The prior notice of the service person's arrival was called in by the office, which was helpful because our caller-ID alerted us to a legitimate caller.

The work was performed during the period of time arranged with the office and the installation is neat and the work area is as well. With the exception of a newly-installed humidifier, our home appeared as it did before the Hetter service person arrived.

Bought a new Trane furnace two years ago from Hetter. Immediately after the warrantee expired the furnace stopped working. Twice. Each visit cost $170 not counting parts or labor. Each time the repairman recommended a service agreement. Sick of this brand new expensive furnace costing us money and sick of being told we have to sign a contract for a twice a year visit just to have a heater that works. Old furnace lasted 30 years with minimal maintenance and only replaced it on the recommendation of. you guessed it.

I noticed there was a problem with AC at 6:30 Sunday night and after trying to assess the problem I called and left a message with Hetter at 8:00. No call back that night but the phone rang at 7:00 Monday morning and repairman Ricky arrived 35 min later. After installing a new Capacitor he was out of here by 8:10. Since the forecast was for temps in the low 90 that day I was extremely happy not to have to be home all day in a hot house waiting for the repairman.

Highly recommend. I got 3 estimates, their's was the best and I got a Trane AC & furnace. Kevin was friendly & informative & talked to me in terms I could understand. Jerod, and another installer whose name I didn't get, were efficient & left my place neat & clean.

Great service, top quality installation and best price from all of the quotes I received in Columbus, to replace my furnace and AC unit. Myself and my family members, have used Hetter Heating for multiple installations, repairs and service with complete satisfaction every time. I don't hesitate to call Hetter Heating and Cooling because no matter how small or big the project they handle it with great professionalism.

Had them send a technician to investigate by several of our rooms are cooler than the others. He was very helpful. Offered a number of suggestions for us to improve heating efficiency, several of which he openly stated could be done DIY. Did not feel pressured at all or up-sold. My only minor beefs are: 1) The language on their website about pricing is confusing, and 2) I didn't get a *great* answer specifically about the rooms that are too cold in our house.

These guys were very professional, very helpful and did a great job! Got hooked up with them through our ABC Home Warranty and they did not disappoint at all! Thoroughly explained everything to us, walked us through all of our options and were very attentive to our needs. Was told of the least expensive options through the top-of-the-line offerings and never felt pressured one way or another. Made us feel like their #1 Customer the whole time.

From the initial diagnosis to getting a new furnace installed, it was just over 24 Hours! Of course ours went out during the only real cold snap we've had this year, but they even brought us over space heaters for the night to keep warm. Dealt with several members of their organization and were very pleased with their service and the way they spoke to us.

I use to be a big fan of Hetter and my family and I would recommend them. **NOT ANYMORE. I had a condenser fan motor go bad and they wanted $950 plus the $98 initial service call where the tech just confirmed my issue. He didnt even touch the unit - literally! Plus, the service tech arrived so late past my window that they couldn't even order the part!

I spent more time paying them for the service call where they didn't even touch the unit and and me me running back and forth to turn the units switch on/off. The next afternoon they didn't even call me back to finalize the schedule to repair the unit. By the end of day, I decided to cancel with Hetter and then I just made time to fix it myself (which only took me 27 minutes from start to finish). Now, I had Hetter last year install a new Bradford & White water heater (for $875) that needed a new gas valve installed and plumbing.

The water heater's unit is 2.5 times more expensive than the part needed for my AC and the water heater was about a 2 hours of labor install compared with ~ 30 minutes it took me for the replacement of my AC unit's condenser motor. I guess because the weather was hot they figure they could gouge the customer. Which is a poor business model because I figure in 3 years I want to buy a more efficient AC unit, but since Hetter was gouging me on price wont ever recommend or use them again! UPDATE: my personal repair worked well all last summer and my electric bill was even lower then previous seasons since the condensing unit work better with the new part I installed.
