On a rainy yucky day, Justin from VL Jenkins showed up, on time and smiling to install our new heat pump. What a great experience. He was careful of our property and installed a new Trane heatpump and thermostat. We were very please and will recommend them to to our neighbors as well. We had the pleasure of Justin coming out to diagnose a heating issue. Justin was on time and a very cool, down to earth. He knew his stuff and got right to it. It turned out that the blower motor needed replacing. He and the staff at VL Jenkins Heating pushed to get this repair approved through my warranty company. Once approved, He took the time to locate the part and drive two hrs out his way to get the part so he could do the repair that night for my family to have heat. Much respect for him doing that and a big thank you from my family. Highly recommended and will definitely be doing business with this company in future. A++

V.L. Jenkins Heating and Air Conditioning, is simply OUTSTANDING! The technicians are skilled, polite, informative and friendly. We had a NO HEAT situation, of course over a very cold weekend and V.L. Jenkins sent someone out on Monday! I'm sure they were booked up and very busy with all those crazy things that go wrong when the cold hits, but they were on time, ready to go to work and fixed the problem quickly! Highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!

I put in a trouble request with my home warranty Sunday night, and received a call from the company the following morning. They were able to come out that morning. Their technician Brett and his partner showed up, got to work, and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. They were very pleasant and polite and even gave me some preventative maintenance tips that were specific to my system set up. great customer service! I will definitely use them for routine maintenance.

Paid the $99 diagnosis fee, only to be ignored and not given a quote to fix the problem. Called twice in 2 weeks giving them the benefit of the doubt. Still nothing. Edit: Mike was great, no problem with him. I have a problem with the office, I'm waiting for the legitimate email with the cost. Mike said it would be $600-700 and I was willing to pay that.
But how can I when I don't get a response from the office? Also that motor was brand new, just asked if it could work. Mike said no, no problem now give me a legitimate quote online so I can have my A/C work. It's now been 3 weeks. Enough time for you to respond to a review while I still don't have my quote!

The technician showed up on time, and was very friendly and informative. He explained the issue, and why other companies would try to ignore it and work with the warranty company to keep people in broken HVAC's for profit. Our AC has been working flawlessly since he came. We were pleasantly surprised how efficient, friendly, and professional this company is. We have had many other companies do repairs on our Air Conditioning system in the past and None compare to this company when it comes to workmanship, getting the job done efficiently, and the determination to find the parts even if it means having them Fed Ex super rush shipped!
In our case, we have a special needs son who requires AC and they cared enough to get our system up and running ASAP for him! I would rate them more than 5 stars if that is possible!

Went thru a 3rd party home warranty to get ac work done. I received a text 45min prior to Justin J, the tech, arriving. He was friendly and professional and as soon as I showed him the thermostat and unit outside he immediately went to work. Within 45min of his arrival I had the a/c upstairs up and running. I called the office on Monday morning to get a quote on replacing a Unit in my home. Not only did they go out and give me a fast reasonable quote they had the job completed by Friday. It was like no one had been in the house except for the brand new unit. Amazing company with great response time and communication. Top notch service! One other thing to note, I am still waiting for the other company that came out almost 3 weeks ago to give me a quote.

Part one of two. Came and did the downstairs complete install. Replaced the upstairs ducts. Did a great job! Friendly and on time! Waiting on parts for the upstairs but trust they'll do an awesome job. Excellent service provider. I was having AC issues and called my home warranty company, they first wanted to send a company from northern VA but I insisted on someone local. I was provided V.L. Jenkins and have been very happy with their level of customer service. They completed the job in a timely fashion and provided a lot of valuable information on my heating / cooling system.
