James came to the house (at the appointed time) for bi-annual maintenance on two dissimilar units. He was extremely thorough during his electro-mechanical inspection and testing. Found that a fan motors' bearings (in an outside unit) were worn and about to fail. Good find before the winter season kicks into full swing. James offered various options. Decided to replace the non-Crane unit.
Look forward to getting a new heating/cooling unit from RKP as the old unit was around sixteen (16) years old. Will then have two Crane heating cooling units. Thank you to James and to the RKP team! Good people with a very good product. Dated 11/2/2021 Over the many years of service as provide by RK Payne, the service and timeliness has always been a cornerstone. Thank you Rick for your team and for the superb service. BTW- the Crane unit installed last fall has performed flawlessly.

RK Payne installed 2 21 SEER Carrie units in the spring of 2020. They said I would see drastic changes in performance an electric usage. I will have to say they were 100 percent correct. My electric usage has gone down 1000 kw each month and my house is much cooler. There service is outstanding and very reliable. I was referred to this company because they installed the current system in my house. I would not recommend this company to anyone else. I basically had to chase them down to get some work done. Repeated emails and calls were unsuccessful, after the initial walk through. The sales agent (Tracy), failed to follow up multiple times. I finally told the office manager (Norma) I was finding another company and she tracked down Tracy and he finally called me back.
After talking he agreed he would call me back to discuss the project and future work needed, he did not call back. I called Norma again and voiced displeasure and that I was finding another company and the owner (Rick) contacted me. I was able to sell him, after he initially said, he could not fit it in, on why they should come to my house and complete the work.
If I was not already invested in them (time wasted) I would have found another company. They did complete the work, however, they will not get my future business or a referral from me. After sharing my experience with another neighbor, he said they did the same thing to him in the past. Hard pass on this company in the future.

These guys came out on a Monday because my AC was out, They were here on time they were so nice and polite. They showed me exactly where the A/C unit was leaking gave me very knowledgable advice on what I should do but (although I couldn't afford to replace the whole system they worked with me on replacing the outside) Quoted me a very fair price on replacing my outside unit.
They were here the very next day to install my A/C. and convert my refrigerant to the cheaper kind along with replacing my thermostat and did an awesome job! I will recommend them to everyone I know as busy as this time of year is they made time for us (my mom has breathing issues). So thanks so much guys you were AWESOME!

I have used Mr. Payne for almost 25 years for all my heating and cooling needs. He is prompt and all his techs are courteous and experts in their field. He has installed 2 heat pumps for me and serviced them effectively for all those years. I would never consider anyone else for my heating/cooling needs and if you try him you will never be disappointed.

I have had RK Payne service for a number of years. Being very satisfied with their service and professionalism, a little over a year ago I had them install two new Carrier systems in my home and another in a guest house. Their price was very competitive and their installation was flawless. The systems have been performing flawlessly and improved our quality of life immensely. These guys are top notch to deal with.
