R&W was very helpful and competitively priced. They were at my house within an hour or two of the initial call. Jeff diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. The part we needed had to be delivered from out of town, and was installed the day it came in. Jeff even revised the price downward because he was able to accomplish the job faster than expected. I hope I never need another AC repair, but if I do, R&W will be my only call.

I was referred to this company by a friend. My house has never had central air. Jon came to my house to do a free estimate and walked me through everything they would do. The installation tech showed up promptly at 8 a.m. as I was told and began work immediately. Another technician showed up to help him and they were done in two hours. The technician walked me through everything they had done and ensured the product worked perfectly. The prices are excellent and so is the customer service! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
