Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Company installed mini split units that barely ran without issue for 3 months before completely breaking down. When called they said they would repair then ghosted us. Got quote to make the system work again and it is just as much as I paid to have it installed to begin with.

These guys are the BEST! They are professional, Respectful of your home, quick, overall great guys. Their prices are more than fair and they do great work. Hands down the best plumbing company around! I am extremely grateful that Expert Plumbing Heating & Drain Cleaning was available to come out on an emergency basis (within the hour) to address a serious leak in my water heater. I am new to the area and was afraid that despite having a new system I would be looking at several hundred dollars, if not thousands, based on prior experiences with plumbing companies. Channing was quick to Dx the problem and saved me a ton of money.

He also was kind enough to show me where things were located in my house because I had no idea (-like the emergency water shut off valve)! I will use this company so long as I am a homeowner. I had an issue with a backup at my sewer vent. I called and Channing explained to me they were a couple days out with work. He asked me the issue and then proceeded to explain to me the "tricks of the trade" to fix my problem. I did exactly as he instructed and my issue was resolved. Very professional!

I was having trouble finding a plumber to service my tankless water heater ( seems like everyone will just pop one in your house but when you ask someone to service them, no one knows anything about the way they operate). So I contacted the manufacturer for a recommendation as to what to do. They put me in touch with Channing at Expert plumbing. What a godsend that was.

Right from my first call to him, I knew I had the right man for the job. He spoke very knowledgably about the inner workings and some of the problems that can happen with my unit. I explained that the original unit was installed without the flushkit that I later found out was paramount in keeping the unit running like it should, ( it should be flushed yearly to prevent buildup in the system, something that the original installer failed to inform me of ). Channing, who has actually been trained by the manufacture ( Rinnai) in repairing and installing tankless water heaters contacted the company on my behalf about the problem I was having and we all decided that after 13 years of never being flushed, the wisest course of action was to replace the unit.

We arranged a time and date for install and Channing and his crew showed up right on time. They were all very professional, and very friendly and personable. They set to work right away all the while explaining exactly what they were doing. It was a bit of a long job yet they never got tired me asking questions while they continued their work. They make you feel like you're family not a customer.

By the way his crew today were his two sons and they were as professional, friendly and personable as he was. At the end of a beautiful job, they cleaned their work area and everything was back in its original place. Channing explained to me about the yearly flushing of the unit, now that it is properly installed. He told me he could do the service but said I should be able to do myself and showed me what to do.

I'll probably have him back next year to do it and give me a first hand showing of the process before I tackle it myself. Oh, and by the way you would think that his expertise in tankless water heaters would enable him to charge more for his services but he was substantially less than 2 other quotes that I got before I found out about him, one from the company that screwed up my first heater. Anyway, I would supremely recommend Experts services and it's nice to know I'll never have to look for a plumber again, I found my guy for life.

I called Expert Plumbing for help with maintenance on my on demand water heater. When I called, they walked me step by step through the flushing process (and answered follow up calls to assist along the way). I can't say enough how much I appreciated the responsiveness and overall care for a customer they had no prior experience with. I will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs!

I had a hot water heater that was leaking. Called up the experts to come out and there were there the next morning. they came in at $500 cheaper then another company I called. Also, the brand of heater they installed was Bradford White which i know to be a good brand from how long my last one lasted. to make it short, professional, knowledgeable and clean tech!
