Unfortunately the service provided was not what I needed I informed him that my house was cold but my back two bedrooms were not so possibly the air ducts were clogged. He immediately went to the air-conditioning unit comes back telling me he put two pounds of freon in without informing me of what he was doing hands me a bill for nearly 500 dollars. I told him he did not solve my problem he said it was too hot to be checking in the attic it's 78 degrees after 7pm!

My 80 year old mother called them because her furnace would not kick on she saw they're commercial about not getting screwed. Then they took her for 5600 dollars. They didn't finish the job. Her furnace filter literally is laying on top for the furnace. She still hasn't been given an owners manual. They charged her for hook up of the ac and they said it didn't have any coolant so they disassembled it and sit the guys next to her door.

These guys prey on the elderly. I sent them a letter to finish the job and the retail price of the furnace is 1600 on line. They have ignored me this far. So any of you who have an issue with these guys. Contact me. We can start a class action! Don't use them!

Honest and fair furnace repair! The funny part is that I have a maintenance agreement with one of the EXPENSIVE places, and I called Yoders to do the "heavy lifting".

Yoder heating and cooling is a fantastic company and it much cheaper than most HVAC companies in the area! Gavin and Isaac are both great workers and got the job done in a timely manor and they are also a joy to be around! I will always use Yoder heating and cooling for my HVAC issues!

I would give this company "0" stars. Our furnace quit heating a week ago, just blowing cold air. It was 7:30 at night. We called Yoder because their charge was only $80. At least that is what we were told. He looked at it a little, told us we had a crack in our heat exchanger and that we would need a new furnace because it was too old. Said it would be $3800 for new furnace.

Then he charged us $103.75 instead of $80 because he had to add on travel time and gas.! Our neighbor had a friend of theirs come over the next day and checked everything out. We did not have a crack and fixed our furnace with a $3.00 part. Don't call Yoder. You will get drilled.

I'll never use Yoder again. They charged me over $200 to spend six minutes replacing one part I found out only costs $11 on Amazon. It's ironic that their slogan is "Don't get Drilled", considering I got ripped off. It sure was a learning experience for me.

I called to arrange an appointment to fix my furnace yesterday and spoke to Greg the owner. He said said he would stop by in the afternoon and never showed, called, or answered his phone when i called back. "Dont get drilled" Horrible!

Very considerate about my dogs. Had to move my dogs to the garage, back yard, upstairs so they would not bark a lot. Yoder was extremely accommodating. And they installed a new heater and air conditioner and left the garage very clean. Excellent job. Thanks, Yoder.

Worst experience I have ever had with a service company. They send untrained guys to your house in an old ambulance. No schooling or proper training. If your lucky one might have an idea what is going on the other guy gets things out of the ambulance when guy #1 tells him to. Guess what your paying $75 an hour for each of them. They also charge you a fee to find your problem.

In my case it was $150 to find a leak. Most reputable heating and air service pros will simply charge you labor. But Yoder charges you labor plus this extra fee. Long story short they found and fixed my leak which was right where I told them it was. I was charged $550.what a joke. You can't get any worse than Yoder heating and cooling. FYI dealing with the owner if he will return your call is beyond difficult. Had to threaten to cancel my check to get him to talk to me on the phone after he hung up on me the first two times.

If you've got 4000 to throw away then call these guys. Their answer to everything is you need a new furnace. Better yet call me if you want to throw 4000 away ill put it to good use. Thank god there are more than one hvac companies in Lafayette. I called for a tune up and cleaning of my furnace paid for it and in the end all I got from them was you need a new furnace took my money and left doing absolutely nothing to my furnace.
