Griffen Plumbing-Heating-Cooling

Called on a Saturday or a plumbing emergency and was told that because I was not an existing customer, they would not help. Won't be calling again.

I have had Griffen do great quality work in the past at my home. Last time a called it took several times for them to call back and make an appointment. Last month I called twice and never received a returned call.

I'm a maintenance man at a small industrial laundry facility, Monarch Textile and Uniform Rentals, We had a problem with one of our few remaining older machines, and we had Bob come out. He worked with me, And we had it up and running in no time. Most times I Don't care for the guys from bigger companies, or private contractors but the guys from Griffin are always polite and very helpful. They get it done quickly and safely.

Made a call for service before 7 am. Explained the problem and was told a service person would call after they came in after 7. Waited until 3 pm and after receiving no call I realized that service was something they don't or won't do. So called another company and the problem was addressed and resolved by 5 pm. Will not call or recommend Griffen P&H.

Unfortunately I cannot give them no stars. Did not get a chance to do business with them, as they refused to return my calls. Talked to Todd in service, explained my needs, said he would call me back. No call back. Next day called again, left a message in regards to our conversation the previous day. No call back. Guess they are way too busy to return calls. Sorry. I will call another company. I am sure they will feel my needs are important. Word of mouth can do major damage.

Griffen Plumbing and Heating is trustworthy, reliable and straightforward. I always know the service technician is going to do good work and that they are going to get the work done swiftly.

This is a great plumbing and heating company. They are honest and skilled in their craft.

They were very prompt, and worked efficiently. Both their explanations of the work that was done and the invoice were extremely detailed. I knew exactly what I was paying for. The job was done right, and done well.
