I spent over $1,500 in preventative maintenance fees to extend the life of my heating and cooling systems (both systems less than 10 years old). Five days after my service call both independent heating and cooling systems were inoperative. Talked to the owner on the phone and he was less than helpful but was more than happy to charge me another ~$4,000 to fix the systems. I spent over $1,500 and ended up with two broken systems. Save you money and choose a different company.

When our new equipment was installed the Comfort Air Service technicians were able to provide control of the pellet stove insert from the thermostat while cycling the AHU. Had a relay stick that kept the pellet stove running past set point. I called and their technicians had in fixed in under an hour. Service: Heating system repair

I had a loud humming and after trying things myself just didn't know what to do to try to correct it. They walked in, heard the noise, said what they thought it was, and while it wasn't heat pump related, in less than 5 minutes had it figured out for me. I appreciated very much the fact they still wanted to help and didn't laugh at my inability to figure it out for myself.

We had some issues w/our A/C after it was installed. To Comfortair's credit, they stayed on too of the issue, always arrived on time, were very professional (we dealt w/technician Jesse, who is excellent and really cares) and ultimately fixed a difficult problem in a tough to cool zone.
