Bought new hybrid system off First Class along with replacing of duct work entire house. Cost was really to expensive have had nothing but issues upon issues with system. Different techs. evey visit with different reasons to nothing is wrong to worse system purshed. Horizon has bought them out, heat stopped working when temperature was 12 degree's outside could not get any dispatched to home. Paid for annual service called nuromous times has taken seven months.
Can't keep good help. Had three technicians ask me why and what they were here to evaluate? Filed nurmoures complaints without nothing being done to fix issues. System should of been replaced by now. Service today responded within 45 minutes when heat went out while they did nothing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY YOU, YOUR CALL GETS DROPPED, ALL CALL'S GO THROUGH DISPATCH IN WILMINGTON. POOR SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND.

I could not be more pleased with this company, Andy Brice, Eric Kenny, and Rodger, you gentlemen deserve a raise. Even the nice lady in billing was awesome to deal with. Sorry, I did not catch your name. Priced reasonably, efficient, professional, diligent, knowledgeable, on top of their game, reliable and I could go on with positives. It was such an awesome experience!
Unfortunately my hot water heater went New Year's Day. I got First Class's number from Home Depot. I reached out to Andy and he sent Eric over to give me a free estimate. The next day Eric and Rodger came and did a superb job installing the new hot water heater. They had to get it to the second floor, over the outside balcony. Not an easy task but they took care of business.
While they were there I asked Eric if he could give me an estimate on fixing some plumbing under my sink and putting in a new faucet. He gave me the estimate before he left and within a couple days the work was done, flawlessly. If America and the world worked as efficiently and as professionally as this company, the world would be a much better place. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

There is no doubt that Chris W is an expert technician who checks all the boxes. He put booties on entering the house and crawled into a crowded awkward spot to service our heater. He was on time, efficient and explained the status of our heater in a language we could understand. Truly an asset to the company.

I concur with Jeffrey Rineer's review from 3 days ago, My experience is EXACTLY the same, I called today and was told that I couldn't get an appt for hvac maintenance until Dec. 20. That is untenable as I have had no problem in the past with First Class HVAC. During phone call; I find out that Horizon has taken over.no notice from First Class about this change. This is NOT first class service, I will be switching my HVAC company ASAP

We had a H2O filtration system installed 2 years ago and was completed in a timely manner. Last year they came out and replaced the filters all this done at very reasonable rates. Now under the Horizon umbrella when they came out for Filter replacement Blake the master plumber went far and above not only to replace the filters but physically cleaned the original installation to a professional one. Horizon has made a big difference in this company.

We have a service contract with them. They have cancelled on us now 3 times. Since they sold out to Horizon, the services has been terrible, and First class will not service our area any longer. They owe us two service agreement appointments still. The unit is still under warranty and now we have to pay out of pocket to have a reliable company come out to do the service.

I have been a customer of First Class Heating for years, only to find out today AFTER I signed a one year contract that FCH was purchased by Horizon Services. NO ONE at First Class alerted me or folks that I sent to them over the years that they were being purchased. How am I to know if the quality of service is going to be the same? Typically when these buyouts happen service goes down. Why did First Class NOT alert it's customers of these sell off?

The service tech showed up an hour and a half after the scheduled FOUR our window. Apparently the diagnostic fee does not cover the actual diagnostics because the tech required a fee of $400 or $1000 to actually diagnose the issue, which a more reliable thorough service company diagnosed for the original diagnostic service visit fee, performing what Fist Class required $1000 to do. To add to my displeasure, the other companies quote to repair the issue was $2000 lower. I would not recommend utilizing this company for service.

How did air conditioner put in last late summer and I thought everything was OK but the condensate pump underneath the house stopped pumping water so I went underneath the house to see if they became disconnected or what. Come to find out that the air conditioner is pumping 15% at least 10 to 15% cold air into my crawlspace because they did not. seal the Plenum onto the air conditioner.
And left a huge mess underneath Underneath the house. Not happy one bit so what this means is it's been pumping heat and air-conditioning into my crawlspace since last summer.

I made an appointment for July 16, 2021with First Class for a tune up of my A/C unit. This appointment was made a couple of months ahead of time. Two days before this appointment, they called and canceled it because they said they had so many other jobs to do. So much for making an appointment! Then about a week later my air conditioning unit stopped working, so I called to see if they could give me back my appointment.
They set me up with another appointment but this one is going to cost me twice as much! I just received a call and they informed me they had to change that appointment as well. This is unacceptable "customer service!" FOLLOW UP Talk about rubbing salt into the wound, two days after their repairman finally came to work on my A/C unit for which I was originally supposed to pay $49 but had to pay $99, I received a coupon in the mail from First Class for $50 off a service call!

Shout Out to First Class for coming to my rescue! I just moved into my house and the heat was not working. I called around 3pm and Jim was at my door in 1 1/2 hours. Mike K, was our technician. We couldnt have had a better worker. First of all the humidity is off the charts today. And yet he came with a warm smile and a willingness to help. He was kind, gentle with our unsure dog, very professional, and very relatable. Hes knowledgable, hes efficient and he has a reputation for working until it is fixed. He doesnt want to over charge or under charge. He is fair. I cant say enough about him. I will use them all the time because of Mike. Thanks Mike! Dutchess ( our foster dog from rescue) misses you already!

I have used Ocean Air for my client's properties previously and been very satisfied with their work and customer service. Recently I called them (when our A/C stopped working on the first 90 degree day of the year) and they went over and beyond to get out to us within the day, despite all of the service calls they had. We will definitely be using Ocean Air exclusively from now on!
