Lakewood Plumbing

Horrible company! We had Lakewood plumbing come out to our home several times to fix an issue. Their technicians do not have the knowledge to do the job that is required, they are on the phones with a help desk trying to figure out how to work the entire time. The service team that answers the phones are rude and do not call back when they say they will. Lakewood plumbing could not figure out how to fix a simple refrigerant leak in our mini split. We had another company come out and they fixed the issue in 10 mins. Stay far away!

Lakewood Plumbing performed an entire re-pipe of our 1920s Athmar Park home, replacing all of the old galvanized pipe with PEX and copper. They did the job in under two days with very little disruption to our family. We were even able to use the bathrooms in the evenings after they had left. They returned to fix a couple of minor issues within 48 hours of the initial service.

They showed up on time and were very courteous. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Stephanie was so easy to work with over the phone in getting everything scheduled and Steve was very thorough in his initial inspection and follow up. A BIG THANKS to Lakewood Plumbing! Jeff K.

A pipe cracked in our ~40 year old house. The guys came in and jackhammered up the basement and got some nice new PVC in place. They even came by early on the second day to help me remove the kitchen. Overall, it was a good experience until the end. The replacement concrete is nowhere near level/uniform. It has been a gigantic hassle trying to patch the low spots and grind down the higher spots (with a newly purchased angle grinder I may add) just to achieve some semblance of normal. Bad times

Lakeood Plumbing is a very fine Business. I called after hours and DeeDee, I think that was her name, answered and was both very kind, caring and proficient. She made certain we were going to be ok to wait until the next morning. The Plumber Bruce called first thing in the morning and showed up at the time requested. According to my Wife he was very pleasant, very knowledgable and fixed our issue quickly.

He billed us at the normal rate expected in this very busy BOOM time in Colorado and we were 100% satisfied. His honest character surfaced a short time later when he called my Wife back saying he was very sorry for getting stuck in front of our fence and left quite a disturbance in the ground accidently, as it was a rainy wet day and our driveway has a lip to navigate out of in his Deuly Van.

He felt bad and was going to reduce the bill. He also called me and was sincerely apologetic for what the Van had disturbed. In my mind this was a Very Professional Plumber, a Very Honest individual and we agreed on an adjustment in the billing that left both parties happy. I Highly recommend Lakewood Plumbing, will call them anytime I need their professional service and will help them grow their business as they are in every way a 5+ Plus Plumbing Business!

Had lakewood plumbing and heating replace 3 boiler registers and my heater has never been the same lakewood plumbing and heating left me with 1 zone that didn't work after they finished. the 3 registers they installed did not heat. Now my boiler makes an awful tapping noise. They were difficult to work with.

Lakewood Plumbing supported resolving a backflow issue. Lakewood assessed the issue and told us a fix wasn't actually needed and supported us in resolving the question with Denver Water. Their professionalism and honesty saved us thousands of dollars, when they could have kept quiet and charged us for the work. We so appreciate them and their help.

They just completed a backflow test today and were flexible with schedules, timely in coming to do the test, and submitting the results to Denver Water. Absolutely top rate company.

Over the past three weeks, I have used this company twice. Joe replaced a valve on my main line, while Chris repaired a boiler. I had some emergency drainage problems and called a bigger local company and they couldn't get out that day. I called Lakewood Plumbing and Jordan was on his way to my house within an hour. He was excellent! A creative problem solver for sure! Also, no assessment fee like the other company I called. We had our aging furnace replaced. Eric (I think?) was prompt, friendly, and professional. He explained everything to me clearly, including some modifications that needed to be made. There was a little confusion about which furnace I ordered and he immediately and easily fixed the mix-up without any inconvenience to us. Also, Ray, our salesperson was very informative and responsive. Highly recommended!

I had some trouble with a valve Lakewood installed this afternoon - not the tech's fault, it was a defective part. They had someone out to fix it within an hour of me calling. Fair prices and now I have real evidence that they stand behind their work. Both techs that I worked with today took time to understand my issue and make it right.

This is Brothers completing the job Lakewood was unable to do after multiple visits. We were charged almost $400 last Monday to be told to caulk with silicon after a few months of a shower leak and Lakewood claiming they can find no issue. We hired them because Hammersmith our Property Management uses them. Never again. To the owner: Call and explain or multiple lawsuits are being filed.

Very slow (union) company that needs to set higher standards for their employees. Took forever, did mediocre work, and was a pain in the a$$ to deal with after one of their employees dropped the ball not only on my residential project but on a commercial project as well. I will do my own plumbing before I called this company ever again it is not rocket science. For simple projects like a boiler inspection maybe call them but for any substantial work seriously look elsewhere.

I own a rental home in Colorado and live out of state. Last week my rental management company said the tenant called and had a backed up drainpipe in the basement. They called another plumbing company and scoped the line and said it would cost several thousand dollars to jackhammer up the concrete and repair the 4 food of line. When I asked for a competitive quote, my rental company contacted Lakewood Plumbing.

They reviewed the scope of work and provide a price that was below the original scope of service. Yesterday when I read my email update on the project, I learned that Lakewood Plumbing went to the house and scoped the line again for free, waiving the several hundred dollar charge to review exactly where the broken pipe was. Not only did they not find a damaged pipe, they were able to flush the pipe and get the drain system working again without issue. Torrey, the owner, wrote an email describing that he would not be charging for any of the services they performed yesterday! What an honest company saving me thousands of dollars! We need more honest, dependable, and affordable companies in Denver like Lakewood Plumbing.
