I do not recommend this company for repairing swamp coolers. The gentlemen came over to take a look at the coolers and said I would need a new pump, which was not true. He wanted me to purchase a new one for several hundred dollars. I went outdoors a couple of hours after he left, and I was surprised to find the water coming out of the pipes leading to the cooler.
I can't believe a plumber would leave my back porch in such a condition. I had to fix the leak myself. The swamp cooler was not even cleaned out with dirty water still in the swamp cooler. After speaking to my neighbor who looked at the cooler and low and behold, he was able to get it going. The plumber installed a floater and charged me $427.
A floater at Home Depot costs $15 dollars. There was nothing wrong with the pump, which he wanted me to purchase for $505. I will never do business with this company ever again.

Blue Sky installed a new furnace/AC unit for me. I couldn't be happier. The cost was reasonable, they took care of everything in house, including new duct work. The crew of Omar and Troy were exceptional. Professional, efficient, good communication, reliable, on time, hard working and pleasant. Brenda was also very responsive, helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Blue Sky and will always use them for any plumbing, electrical or any of their services.

Sky is the limit when it comes to Blue Sky, heating and plumbing. I had a bid 3 years ago for 13,500 to replace my boiler, ok fine. I just had another quote for the exact same work for 28,000 lol. "The cost of everything has gone up, " they say. I have to say yes it has but not enough to justify the quote I received. price gouging is strong here. I can't speak for their work. I'm sure they use top of the line contractors. If you decide to go with this company I would advise getting other quotes.

A technician came out to assess why our unit wasn't working. His consensus was that it was not connected into our home and vent system and that it would need to be fully re-connected, just like a new unit would need to be. And since our unit was 14 years old, we should get a new unit. That price was going to be $8-$10K. I was charged $900 for the visit and sold the family plan.
The AC wasn't fixed, they couldn't get a sales person out to give us an estimate for 1 week and then it could take up to 2 weeks after that. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and suffered in the heat for 7 days. We then got a second opinion. That company was able to diagnose the problem and had our unit fixed and up and running same day for $100.
I have called twice trying to talk to a manager and get my money back from Blue Sky. I feel like I've been scammed. It was an easy fix that could have been solved quickly and inexpensively. Instead, I spent almost $1000 with no resolution while suffering in the heat while pregnant. I'd appreciate a response and a refund.

I am very pleased with Blue Sky's services and would highly recommend them to others! We hired Blue Sky to install air conditioning in our home in 2021, and they came out for an annual A/C maintenance check in spring 2022. The technicians were friendly, thorough and on time. I also received text message updates from Blue Sky to remind me when a technician would be coming by, and to let me know when he was on his way.
Each time technicians came to our home, they made us feel comfortable and informed by letting us know the plan, price, and timeline of the work they were performing. Blue Sky's work and customer service has been consistently great and has exceeded our expectations! We will definitely continue to hire them for maintenance and repairs in the future.

James came out to give me an estimate on a water pressure regulator valve and replacement of a failed expansion tank. He spent time explaining it all and the estimate was very reasonable. i called in to authorize the job and the next day James was out to do it. it was so fast that renters didn't have time to move a futon that was in the way. James helped me move that. mt window given was 12-1 and James was here just a little before 12. nicest guy. had me come down and look at what was done and thoroughly explained it all.
Even wrote on the expansion tank the date it was installed and the now current psi which now confirms to code. Appreciate the prompt service and the professionalism of James and the company. Very pleased with the price and work done. of

I use Blue Sky for all my plumbing & electrical needs. They are honest, transparent & always speak respectfully to me. They don't assume I'm ignorant of household maintenance because I'm a woman, taking the time to provide clear and detailed explanations of the work needed. They installed my new swamp cooler last year, which I LOVE LOVE! Literally maintains itself once started for the season.
Only takes 10 minutes to take it down for winter too (this part I do myself). This project also required both plumbing & electrical work. Everything went smoothly and was done in less than a day, even though there were multiple resources to juggle. Blue Sky also does my annual tankless water heater cleaning, as well as starting up & cleaning my swamp cooler for the season. When I need work on my heater, I know who I'll be calling.

What we thought was going to be a big expensive issue turned out to be easily taken care of. Blue Sky sent us three different techs with three different specialties. Each on took the time to review the issues and provided honest advice. Isiah R. was the last tech to come and he solved the issue in a timely manner. He was personable, honest and respectful. He fixed the issue and explained everything to me before he did anything. He made this experience less stressful and you can really tell he enjoys what he does.

We are so grateful to have found Blue Sky, and they are our first call whenever we need something assessed/repaired. Most recently, Wes and Ethan fixed our boiler system and installed a new thermostat. We called Blue Sky as our upstairs was extremely hot and we were unable to lower the temperature- Blue Sky was able to schedule a visit for the very next morning. Wes and Ethan were professional, knowledgeable, and helped me feel like we were making the best decision for not only that day, but also the future.
They were efficient and helpful in explaining their process/what they were doing. I know we can count on Blue Sky, and we would welcome Wes & Ethan (or anyone else from Blue Sky) back anytime - although, I hope that their expertise isn't needed anytime soon!

I was recommended to Blue Sky by both my insurance agent and Restoration company when it was apparent that we had a water leak in the house which was not immediately detected snd source difficult to find. At first I was not completely happy with the plumber sent in by BSP however BSP quickly rectified the service issues, sent in a new plumber who found the problem proficiently, fixed it and then proceeded to not charge me for the inconvenience of not finding leak the first time. Very professionally handled and now I'm a happy customer

Blue Sky was simply amazing to work with! Our furnace blower went out and needed to be replaced. It was an older unit that was hard to source, but they tracked one down and got us up and running with heat very quickly. They had a crew of two David and Vance that worked non stop 12 hours to get the new furnace installed. One of Blue Sky's electrician, Ben, was also on site to do the electrical hookup.
He even helped fix a faulty light switch for us for no additional charge. As the day wore on, another Blue Sky crew, Omar and Junior showed up to assist in the completion of the job! What team work! We had a weather system move in during the day and it started snowing pretty hard. David to it upon himself to shovel the snow off our driveway! These guys are professional, polite, clean and respective of premise. They do what they say they will do and then some. They are a true pleasure to work with. A big thanks to all the people at Blue Sky! Five Stars!

Blue Sky is a top-notch organization! They have been providing excellent service to me since 2019. They installed a brand-new heating system in my home. The staff is professional from the time you call until the end of the job. The installation was flawless and passed code immediately. They have been back a couple of times on routine maintenance calls and they are always responsive and considerate of my time. And, get the maintenance plan -- it offers many perks and you will use them again!

As President of our HOA, we have had Blue Sky Plumbing on our preferred vendor's list for several years. After my current experience of lack of response from management, I personally will not recommend them to anyone. Two of my three condo heat pumps are non-working and in need of replacement; most likely to the tune of $16k+. They were on-site 1/12 to diagnose and estimate; to date, no estimate has been provided.
After repeatedly calling and asking for an estimate, I asked to escalate to a supervisor and/or an owner, still no estimate not even the courtesy of a phone call from management. Time to move on and find another preferred vendor to add to our resdiential high-rise list.

Unexpectedly, our water heater went south on us mid morning on Saturday. I did the usual internet search for a local plumber. After calling numerous local services and not having any luck, one of the local plumbers suggested I give Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling a call and I spoke with a very cordial representative. I explained our issue and needing to have the water heater replaced the very same day.
She mentioned that they were very busy but she would try and find a plumber that would be able to perform the replacement. After a short time she returned the call and had found a plumber that would be able to complete a service call and give me a quote on what it would cost to replace the water heater. I indicated that rather than doing a service call that I would prefer to just go ahead with a replacement service.
She agreed to my suggestion and informed me that the plumbers have the necessary equipment and parts already on their trucks. She asked me for some details on our existing water heater and forwarded that information onto the plumber doing the service call to make sure the plumber had the correct replacement. She then informed me that the plumber would arrive between 11am and 200pm and the plumber would call me when he was enroute to our residence.
The plumber (named Marty) called us and arrived around 1 pm. Marty was very courteous and professional. He did a thorough investigation of our house plumbing and after discussing a few items agreed that replacing the water heater was the way to go. Marty started right away and I was impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. The replacement process was done correctly and neatly to our satisfaction.
I thanked Marty for doing such as good job and for being able to come out on such short notice. Thank you Blue Sky for such good service on such a short notice. I highly recommend Blue Sky for your plumbing needs! -Robert Arnold

We have been long time customers of Blue Sky. That's why I wonder why it has been over a week and I have not heard from a supervisor regarding a poor job that was done Dec 29, even though I have called at least 4 times the week after the incident. We called to have our furnaces maintained and cleaned. When the tech was done he said everything was good and working.
I paid about $500 for two heaters to be cleaned and maintained-they were in working condition but it had been a while since they were serviced. Three days later we noticed it was cold in the basement and realized there was no heat. When I called on January 2, they sent another tech out January 3. That tech cleaned the unit (it had not been done) and said the unit had been turned off and not turned back on.
When he turned it on, it failed to start. I asked him for a written estimate on the repair and replacement and only got a ballpark cost for the repair, but no other written estimate. I called a second company to give me another opinion and they said the same part was broken and gave me prices to replace heater as well as repair it. I then tried to call Blue Sky January 3, 5, and 7.
Each time I was told a work order was put in for a supervisor to call me within 24-48 hours. No one has ever called. I wanted to find out why the furnace was working when the first tech came out, but when he left it was turned off and when the second tech turned it back on, it was not working. I also wanted to find out why he didn't tell me it wasn't working, if he knew that. Also, if I could get my $240 back for the first tech not doing his job, and the furnace not working after he left when it was working the day he arrived. Granted, the second tech did clean the furnace and diagnosed the problem, but I have a lot of unanswered questions.
My biggest issue is Blue Sky saying someone would call but never did and it's been over a week. Not sure what happened with Blue Sky. They used to have pride about their customer service but I have been left in the dust-still with a cold basement and no estimate or explanation why a furnace was working and then not working after a tech serviced it, why he left it off, and why he did not at least clean it and remove dirt and debris.
I also want to know why they did not provide any written estimate. It's like they are avoiding me and do not want to deal with a complaint. It's evident now that they are not interested in calling me and considering reimbursement for poor service. It's unfortunate that I can no longer give Blue Sky's name out to my large circle of friends-instead, I will relay this incidence. Is it worth the $240 to Blue Sky to lose a customer, as well as many other potential customers?
This could have been avoided by one simple phone call from a supervisor, in a timely fashion. It would be wise for Blue Sky to change their system to take customer calls more seriously and not have the "24-48 hour call backs" as protocol. In my case, it has been 8 days with no call back.

Blue Sky is a high quality organization. Their professional staff and always do a good job. They can always be trusted. Be prepared to pay premium prices for their work, though. For example, in addition to the service call charge, the charge to do the 3-minute job of replacing a bad circuit breaker was $300. There was no diagnostic work involved. I told the technician what the problem was. If you have a simple problem, you might want to get a local guy who is less expensive. Maybe I am behind the times, but in this case it seemed way over the top.

This company is the absolute worst. I was charged $1900.00 for them to reset a toilet, install a new flange and it appears replace a small amount of piping. They were supposed to clear the main line and they didn't even have a scope to do it. This was on December 30th. Claimed they cleaned the line enough where it should be good until Tuesday when they could get a scope out.
Everything backed up and flooded the kitchen and bathroom on January 1st and they would not even answer an after hours page. I had to hire another plumber who came out and unclogged the main line without issue. I called them on Monday, January 3rd at 7AM and was supposed to get a call back from a supervisor Brian. No word from him so I called back around 4:30 and they claimed he was never given the message and would have someone else call me. Still have not heard a word from anyone. Terrible customer service and a complete rip off.

Bob was a great technician. He gave me some recommendations that really will help me maintain my dream. I feel good that my drain is clean again and running well and he did not take a long time to do it either. I caught a blue sky because I trust them to do a good job and to be good at it. THE WORST DECISION WAS USING THEM! Our furnace stopped working just before the holidays. They said the issue was a switch, said it'd be two weeks to get the part and turn our heat back on (in December). They told my wife that it wouldn't be covered under warranty and would be $500 to fix and that it couldn't be fixed any sooner because they had to order it.
The reason the switch burnt out was because of our filter. We have dogs that shed constantly and the filter was really dirty. I'm fine with replacing that for our heat to come back on. We're new homeowners and have never had these things happen before. We called them seeking additional assistance. They said they couldn't help and would have someone call us back Monday, but didn't call until Tuesday.
Meanwhile my wife and animals are home alone with no heat. Then they came back out and said they could grab a switch down the street and change it that day, the same switch they supposedly already ordered and couldn't get for two weeks. They changed the switch, charged us $500, and the furnace was still broken. Said they could fix it for another $1,000 although they weren't actually certain what the issue was.
I got a second opinion who diagnosed the issue, charged reasonable pricing & was amazing! They even said the original switch that was replaced by these guys is only $25-$35 and that we basically got taken advantage of by this company.

We called Blue Sky after being cancelled on last minute by Rooter Town, they arrived promptly, assessed the problem and scheduled a repair for the next day when parts would be available. Josh was our plumber and he was AWESOME! He was able to fix the problem for cheaper than expected and was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Blue Sky to anyone who requires plumbing needs. We will be contacting them in the spring for our furnace tune up. Thank you!

Mike T was so helpful with working through my water heater issues. He took the time to not only figure out the issue but also to educate me on future issues and how to extend the life of my water heater. Mike also took the time to help me with other small problems and fixes that I needed. Mike is knowledgeable, professional, personal, and I will continue to work with him in the future.

Blu Sky has replaced a water heater for me and was the only company willing to help me in an emergency situation caused by my landlord that left my family of 5 including a newborn without hot water for a whole week during the pandemic. I am forever grateful to Jesse and his team including the lovely woman who answers the phone and took my order. Thank you, Blue Sky!

We had an emergency come up and had no electricity. Prior to incident we were informed 24/7 services would be available. However, during this incident we were told they wouldn't be able to come out for serval days which would obviously put anyone in a difficult situation. We counted on this company to be reliable and honest and they were a let down on all accounts.

The technician (Dan) was on time, and extremely professional throughout the entire time he was here. He walked in, saw where the work needed to be done and got right to it. During the sewer work, he showed us where he thought in our lawn we were getting some tree root issues and continued on with his work until complete. He was an absolute professional and pretty fun to be around. I wish all of our repair people we've had in the past were as fantastic as he was. Excellent experience, excellent job done. Thank you Dan! Thank you Blue Sky Plumbing

The office staff handled my call professionally. I got an actual human who answered the phone and got me scheduled with an appointment. This in and of itself was monumental. Office staff communication was great - got several Emails with confirmation information, office also called day before to confirm and called day of to advise the tech was running early. Josh was our technician. Exceptional. Got the job done and kept us informed. Appreciate this company and their customer service. 100% recommend them. Will use them in the future.

To start, I've hired many plumbers through the years so I'm no novice in home ownership. I hired these folks due to two recommendations from friends. They did show up on time and fixed the leak. Negatives: person that showed up acted like he was reading from a script. When I voiced shock at the price, he rattled off all the reasons why prices were higher.
I told him to stop witht he sales pitch. As FYI, I looked up the price of the part on Home Depot afterwards and it was under $10. (They replaced the lavatory tubular trap and fittings.) I was charged $400.28 even after they took off the $59 trip charge, and it took him less than one hour to fix. That is an insane hourly price! I feel totally ripped off.
While he was there, I asked if he could connect the little circular cap on my counter (where a sprayer had once been). He said he didn't know if he had the nut on hand. Then he left after fixing leak without checking for the nut or, if he did, without telling me he didn't have it.

I've used Blue Sky Plumbing for years, ever since our hot water heater went out on a holiday weekend and they were the only company that called back. I got a great repair then, and they have handled all of our plumbing business ever since. Troy is pleasant and personable, and always show us how to use new (and existing) equipment. They are quick to respond, on time, and call in advance to let us know they are on the way. Terrific service and great people.

1 year ago, they installed new units including a steam humidifier. With 1 year inspection to replace the humidifier filter was going to cost us $500! This would be an annual fee for this humidifier. I feel this should have been mentioned before the install where I could have had a choice on a different unit. Multiple attempts to contact Blue Sky with no returned calls. I regret the choice I made to use Blue Sky as well as referring them to a neighbor/friend. Mary Baldwin

Amazing company that truly cares about the customer. I just moved into a new house and had to get some pretty significant work done to the plumbing. Mike and Mitch were incredible throughout the entire process. Not only did they do great work installing all new pipes, but they were just so incredibly kind and courteous the whole time. They just went above and beyond any expectation I had.
They did such a good job so I am sure I won't have issues for a long time, but honestly I am going to miss them! Because of Mike and Mitch, I ended up booking more work with the other trades that Blue Sky does. I have no doubt in my mind they will go well. 10/10.

We had a water pressure problem. I was told up front that the fee to drive to my house was $119. Bob was very nice. Crawled under the house to check for leaks, put die in the toilet to check the same and then turned on the faucet to check pressure. All total it took about 30 min. to tell me it was most likely our pressure tank and we needed to call a well company. That 30 min was an extra $220. That works out to $440 an hour. Plus the $119 service fee. Maybe that's the going rate these days but it seemed really expensive to me.

We called Blue Sky last night at 6:50PM and then again at 8:53PM after not hearing from anyone. Our AC is out, we just got back to town, and we have guests staying with us for the night. I was assured that someone would be contacting us and setting something up shortly. It's now been over 16 hours and we still haven't heard a thing. I stayed up until about 2:00AM HOPING someone would call since they claim to be 24/7, and the woman I spoke with said she was forwarding to her supervisor.
It seems that if you want someone to actually show up, it's best to go with a different company. I appreciate your response, I definitely had my phone with me the whole evening and had my ringer all the way up. Unfortunately this lack of response resulted in us purchasing a new whole home system for $19,000, no financing involved.

This company is very expensive and if you do decide to use them on the bid they still charge you the $60 for the trip charge which most don't. they're just as bad as brothers Plumbing I recommend using a smaller outfit all I wanted was my heater and air conditioner cleaned he was going to cost me $359 plus another 60 for the trip charge I can get it done for $150. If it cost so much for the cleaning what if something was really wrong with it?

We were very impressed with Alan and Blue Sky! They do a great job of confirming your appointment and are punctual the day of. All of their service technicians are professional and very knowledgeable. Alan took the time to explain in detail the repairs needed and offered some recommendations to prevent future problems. Again I highly recommend this family owned company.

I have used Blue Sky for years and I have had nothing but amazing experiences. Highly recommend this company for any and all A/C, Heating and plumbing issues. They just installed a brand new A/C systems in my house. David and his crew were very professional, responsive and respectful throughout the install.

Gooood luck! These guys don't answer the phone. Our land lord had used them for years and we had w two of our rentals. They do provide great work. It's expensive as all get out. But they know their trade. Our most recent experience was a bit ridiculous. They claim to have 24-7 emergency service. We had our ac go out and we're told to try our best to get ahold of them as our land lords "commercial " have a card on file.
We called and left about 25 Messages over the weekend and never did get a response. After loosing 149 lbs of elk meat and everything else in the deep freeze we contacted piper which came and fixed the ac which was throwing the breaker and causing the electrical issues. Needless to say blue sky is taking off! Highly recommend applewood and piper

What a Scam! BEWARE! Tech arrived a bit later that scheduled, 5 min diagnosis, $18 part, 35min total visit, $600. Called office for billing itemized breakdown, was told "we roll all of our pricing into one number". So I mentioned the above scenario, as was told the additional cost was "overhead". What service business does not itemize their pricing?
One that SCAMS! On top of that the tech sold me on some 'Family Plan' another SCAM, insane! "Service Manager" has not returned my calls to refund the plan, typical of a dishonest company not willing to deal with dishonest practices. How does this owner sleep at night?!

If you don't want to read the details, here's the quick summary from a long-time customer that paid a premium for Blue Sky's annual service plan: this company has gone dramatically downhill and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your heating needs. Not sure if it is the latest generation of ownership, but our most recent experience with Blue Sky caused us to decide we will never do business with them again.
Their "expert" technician came to look into an issue we were having with our heat and hot water. He determined we needed to do 3 things: replace a valve, replace a gauge, and relocate the intake and exhaust of our system because of a deck we recently built above the original intake/exhaust. He quoted all the work and I followed up to schedule the appointment to complete the 3 items.
The day the technician came back, he informed me he could only complete 2 of the 3 items and would need to re-schedule for the 3rd. The first two items were completed without issue and we scheduled an additional visit for the intake/exhaust relocation. The fateful day finally came and the same technician showed up with an apprentice to help him drill the necessary holes and run the new pipe for the intake/exhaust.
Shortly after their arrival, the apprentice was wandering around looking confused. He told me that he didn't know where the technician was or what the plan was. Eventually, they got to work drilling through the first of the two walls they would need to drill through for the new pipes. After about an hour, the technician came out and told me they would need to charge me an extra $200 for the job.
While not happy about being asked to pay $200 more than the original $1400 quote, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. They then left to get a "bigger drill." They returned and spent the next 6 hours drilling 2 holes through a single 8-inch think concrete wall. At 5pm, the technician came out of the basement, and told me they had only managed to get through 1 of the 2 walls and would need to hire a core drilling company to complete the job.
He said he would follow up with timing for that. So, postponed once again. The next day, the technician called and said the core drilling company could be at our house the next week and that the additional cost to complete the job would be $900. I told the technician that almost doubling the cost of a job whose scope had not changed was unacceptable.
I followed up with a call to Blue Sky's office and asked for the Service Manager. The person who answered told me he was in a meeting with the other managers and that he would call me back when he was out of that meeting. Four hours passed with no call, so I called back. This time I was forwarded to the Service Manager's voicemail. I left a message describing the situation and my frustration and asking him to return my call. 24 hours later and still no call, so I called Blue Sky's office to let them know that I would be going with another company (one that quoted the same original $1400 for the job) and would no longer be doing business with Blue Sky. It's now been a week and I still have not heard from Blue Sky.
I don't know if they have made a conscious decision to try to take advantage of their customers during the pandemic, but they clearly couldn't care less about retaining a long-term customer that was paying a premium for their annual service plan. Buyer beware - this company combines incompetence (I've spoken to multiple other companies that have all said it was obvious a core drill was needed for the job) with dishonest sales practices.

This company did the original inspection Before I purchased a house. after arguing with the front office they came back to warranty the work. The work was done and it's just OK. The supervisor who came over agreed that his employee did not do the work properly. Received an estimate for a repair that was extremely inflated and looks like their people come out and create their own prices I felt I must be honest because the previous four stars was to get them to come back and do the work.

UPDATE TWO, March 2021 I thought potential customers of this company would appreciate an update to our shady and outright dishonest experience with Blue Sky in 2015. So, for 5 years after we supposedly had a cracked heat exchanger on our furnace that needed to be replaced immediately, we continued to survive in our house, using the same furnace! In fact, our son made it from 3 years old to 8 years old, without Carbon Monoxide poisoning! Further, our carbon monoxide detectors never once went off in those 5 years. SHOCKING!
We continued to have our furnace cleaned and serviced every year, and sold our house in November 2020. The buyers had the furnace inspected prior to closing with no issues noted. I find what Blue Sky did to us offensive, and so should you. Blue Sky preys on homeowners and invents issues to sell new furnaces. End of story!

Years and years ago I had a bad experience, and didn't intend to try this vendor again. However, we had an emergency and our regular plumber couldn't get out. It was a frozen pipe and many, many customers were stuck like we were. Our tenant got the water to the house shut off and the Blue Sky plumber arrived the next morning. He did a terrific job, was timely, and very competent.
We could not have been happier. So, my thanks to Jessie and the Blue Sky team for getting us in and being able to return our house to workable. We will use them again in the future.

I requested Dylan from Blue Sky again, this time for a frozen pipe. Not only did Dylan show up right after a foot of snow fell, he was on-time! Calling before his arrival. Dylan as usual repaired the burst pipe, but not after warning us there is the potential for additional locations. Sure enough, we have now multiple locations compromised! Once things warm up we will be requesting Dylan again. Great job Dylan!

Below are the details of my experience working with Blue Sky in repair and maintenance of a boiler system: 9/21/2020: Tech visits to address lack of heating function to boiler, adjusts valve. I pay $59 for trip fee. 10/26/2020: Tech revisits as any issue that was present on 9/21 was not addressed or diagnosed properly. I pay $747.86, including an unauthorized charge of $149 to join the "Blue Sky Family Plan". Tech runs full diagnosis and cleans, provides no warranty for work completed and tries upsell me on a wireless thermostat for $748.47. 11/1/2020: The problem has still not been fixed as the boiler is not providing hot water or adequate heating.
I contact Blue Sky and as there is no warranty on the work completed they attempt to charge me a $95 trip fee for an outside of business hour appointment the following day, despite that fact that this would be a third trip from one of their technicians in less than 45 days. For someone on the "Family Plan" I would expect a bit more willingness to be reasonable.
I spent $552 in servicing a boiler that less than a week later was still not operating properly. This company not only is expensive but they could not complete the job and were unwilling to stand by the quality of work done by their technicians. I will never work with them again.

I had used blue sky for routine maintenance on my HVAC system a little over a year ago. At the time I thought they had done a good job, they basically indicated that everything looked OK. However this week I had another company come out to clean my furnace. This company completely took apart my furnace, and showed me what had to be years worth of buildup of dirt, and debris inside the system.
My fan wheel was completely packed with dirt. They informed me that the filter set up was totally wrong allowing dirt to get inside my furnace, and this is built up to a point it was restricting airflow through the system, and causing the furnace to overheat. This ongoing stress has probably taken years of life off my furnace. I remember paying over $100 for just a 30 minute visit, and obviously things were not maintenance correctly.

I won't go into too much detail about my experience with this company but I will say that the sales manager acted very unprofessionally with me about a HUGE misunderstanding between them and my HOA. I had to stop him several times during our exchanges to ask him why he was being so rude to me. Not something that you would expect from a manager.
The only saving grace from this company was Dan - their highly professional, very experienced lead installer that helped repair the mess that the first crew made. He deserves a major raise. Editing based on comment below. My review actually has nothing to do with my HOA or really even the work that was done. It was based on the unprofessionalism by your company's sales manager. And now you! WOW!
