I had a fantastic experience with this company. After having 1 year of electrical headaches, I took a shot at calling in Aux Home Services to help me out and the nailed it at first attempt getting my issue resolved. The representative on the phone was very straight to the point and professional. She also took the time to listen carefully, the follow up leading to the actual day of service was perfect and not to mention the electrician who was spot on, on time.

He also had a pretty cool personality as if we were friends for years. Overall, you guys are the best and thank you so much for coming to my home. I would really really recommend them to anyone and I will surely be using the service very soon again. Thanks a million!

Toilet replacement! Jonathan was friendly, efficient, and very capable. He took out the old toilet, replaced it with one we had picked out. He took the old toilet away, also the box the new came in. They did an absolutely fantastic job and came in waaaay under estimate. I was in contact with Richard Weeks over the phone and he made the entire process painless and went out of his way to work with all parties involved to make sure it was handled quickly. Our plumber, Kevin Donaldson, who was extremely knowledgeable, was able to fix everything perfectly and for much less than originally thought. Very polite, courteous, and experienced. I honestly could not be happier with the outcome.

Excellent customer service; will definitely use this company again if needed. Matt Holcomb ( electrician) was one of the most prompt, personable, and professional people that I have ever encountered; he went above and beyond to ensure that I understood everything and ensured that my safety was a priority. The office staff displayed outstanding customer service skills too. This company and Matt deserves 5 stars!

Excellent service with this company. Outstanding communication! I first received a call for preventive checkup for a service I didn't know I had.. During the checkup, there was an issue with one of my GFCI outlets that was addressed immediately. I had an issue a few days after the checkup, and another tech came out and resolved the issue. all while explaining in details what was being done, and possible next steps. Great job Matt and Tyler! I will definitely use them going forward, and refer to friends and family!

AUX called me because it was time for my annual HVAC inspection(free to those with membership). They sent Walter out and he was more than thorough. Extremely professional and knowledgeable! My wife and I are so thankful that the AUX team has people like Walter working for them. He showed us exactly what was lacking with our system and detailed out what we needed to do to get it 100% before summer comes! 10/10 recommend AUX every time.

Worked with Chris and Josh on my sink issue. Price was decent. They are very professional and nice people to work with. The only downside is they had to cut a piece of my drywall to get to the pipes but couldn't repair that part. Also they dug a couple holes to check my septic system and didn't refill 1 of them. I didn't know until well after, but not really a big deal though. Overall I would recommend using their services.

Had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Jonathan was awesome. He rebuilt a valve in my shower, unclogged the sink, and replaced a part in the toilet. It's so nice to have all my little plumbing issues fixed. Great price too. Will definitely use again!

Recently a tree fell on the power lines attached to my grandmother's house ripping them away from her house and causing some minor damage and power outage. I called AUX Home Services and explained to them what had happened and that my grandmother is on an oxygen machine 24/7 and they were very quick to get someone out there even during very busy times (winter storms).

They sent out this gentleman named Ronnie and he was just amazing! He was very friendly and professional and treated my grandmother wonderfully, he truly went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of and her power restored.

I called on a Saturday and was told that no one may get to me but they would try. They exceeded expectations. Micah was pleasant. It costs more than an overnight call for my HVAC but the service was great. I'd definitely use then again. Hopefully no time soon since my home isn't 5 years old yet. Thank you!

I called on the Tuesday before Christmas and the next day Johnathan arrived. He did the best he could with the equipment he had but what was a very slow running drain became totally stopped. I was promised service the next day when a camera was available. Thurday -nothing. Friday I was promised someone (Christmas Eve) first thing and got an email that James would arrive soon.

That afternoon I got a call that that too would not happen and I would be put on the list for first thing Monday. On Monday afternoon I got a call that the best they could do was first thing Wednesday. I reluctantly agreed but stated that I had my doubts that would happen. Tuesday night I got a text reminding me they woul be here Wed morning. At 11:30 I got a call that a technician was on the way.

At 1:29 Wed afternoon Johnathan arrived and we discussed that he would start back and find what he expects to be a crushed pipe but this late in the day he did not have time to complete the job and further could not 100% promise that someone would be back the next day. At that point, I paid for what work had been done and cut my losses. I will be calling a reputable firm to finish the job.

Yes this is a one star review and it should be less except for Jonathan. I feel he did his best, was totally honest and up front with me and unlike the scheduling people and management was a pleasure to deal with.

Had to pay twice to have the kitchen sink unclogged. The same thing was done at the same spot. This was during a 14-day span in which I wasn't home for 10 of those days. Both of the technicians were extremely nice. Perhaps because I was using the $99 coupon I wasn't able to get the proper service the first time. Also unlike most businesses they don't guarantee the unclogging. Very sad very disappointed.

We have used Aux for many things and every time they have been amazing. The technicians and staff are very friendly and explain the technical stuff so that you understand. Everything. If you have problems they are sure to resolve the problem. All tech are nice but Billy is the top dog. He is on time very respectful and knows and does his job very well. Awesome
