Moved my appointment due to weather, which is completely understandable. Today my appointment time came and went with no call from anyone. I called them and left a message, no call back. I came to them saying I cancelled a previous appointment with another company due to their unprofessionalism and they go ahead and act the same way. Luckily I was able to get an appointment with another company and they're sending someone out as I type this. Update: The owner called me this morning and explained the situation and offered an apology. While it doesn't excuse the disrespect they showed me, it does show that they care about their business and customers enough to own up to their mistakes and apologize.
