Critical: Quality, Value Sadly we have used this company for the last 2 years, really expensive and quick to charge but they do very little. Services: Repair HVAC, A/C system maintenance

My Husband works there and it's one of the top 10 company that provides not only a great service but outstanding qualified experience technicians like my husband who's always speaking highly about this company.

07/21/21-Completed diagnostic. Replaced the compressor capacitor and the blower motor capacitor, also charge the unit with two pounds of R22. Unit working properly at this time. Balance paid in full. TOTAL CHARGE: $810. 08/30/2021: Called Thermal Concepts to claim warranty on this service since the A/C is not working on a unit that is vacant (noticed it 2 weeks ago thru my ecobee app, and today when the cleaning lady visited on her monthly schedule).

The answer was that they do not offer any more service to IconBrickell because they no longer have a contract with the common areas of the building?. This is not acceptable after being their client for over 5 years. I am left with a very bad work done, no solution and $810 wasted repair. Horrible customer service!

I was driving in Aventura, Fl at 5:10pm on August 7th and one of their drivers almost ran me and my family off of the road! (they were in a company van) They proceeded to drive erratically and even made a right turn from the center lane, WOW! These guys are dangerous.

I won't use this company in the future or recommend it to anyone. I paid almost $300 for an emergency call on a Sunday, then took them almost 2 days to provide an estimate. They don't follow up. They promise you status update calls that I never received. If I don't call, they wouldn't had informed anything. I called early on Wednesday and I was promised my AC would be fix by the end of the day.

At 4:00pm I had to call again to be told a bunch of silly excuses and my AC won't get repaired until Thursday. C'mon, it is Miami and it's 90F inside my apartment. Your sense of urgency and customer service is nonexistent. Mr. Rick Maurer your company dropped the ball big time, and Mr. Phil London not replying emails is a good example of your company culture.

This was the first time we have used this company and I have to say that they were extremely professional. They communicated well. We had 22 new vav boxes installed in a very busy environment and when they were done the area was just a clean before they started. I would recommend using this company. Services: Installation, HVAC duct & vent installation

I have not used this company before but I do believe the driver of van number 435, an older white man, is racist. On my way home from work, I was trying to merge into his lane since my lane was ending. This man refused to let me in. Mind you we are in bumper to bumper traffic not going anywhere. Letting one car in was not going to slow him down anymore.

I finally was able to squeeze my way in and as we were driving he opened his window and pointed at his Make America Great Again hat and started laughing at me. Not too sure what he was trying to accomplish in his work van but that was not the smartest thing to do. I am not even a customer and this man was conducting himself in a way one would only see on the evening news. I can only imagine how they treat their customers. BEWARE! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

What would Mr. Larry Maurer say about the professionalism of his employees and how they carry themselves when they park in the lots of business clients where their image and respect is most transparent? I'm sure the President of Thermal Concepts employs only the highest caliber of company representatives to service their clients. As one of those clients, I did not see this standard of conduct on 11/16/19 Countryside Mall by the Macy's store. I'm sure it will be corrected and I won't see this again.

I've been working with these guys for the past few years. I'm going out of town contractor coming from North Carolina doing work down here in South Florida and I've been dealing a lot with their guys in the sheet metal shop Larry Kurt and Joe are three of the best guys in the business they have never let me down on a project hands down the best guys in South Florida

Our a/c went out on a Sunday around 2 PM. We called Thermo Concepts and spoke to Katie and explained our problem and that the temperature outside was 97°. Katie, had technician out by 3:30 PM. Carlos the technician did a analysis of our system and knew what was wrong within 15 min. Problem was he did not have the part needed for the repair and he called around to several other of his peers and they did not have. Carlos remembered he had changed out a similar ac and went back to his office and pulled the part out of that ac and came back to our home and got us up and running temporarily until he could come back on Monday with a brand new part.

At 8:30 am on Monday Thermo Concepts contacted us to let us know they had the new part and by 9:30 am it was installed. I never leave long reviews but Thermo Concepts went way above and beyond the call of duty to serve us. Just great customer service!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Our technician Deryl was phenomenal! From the beginning he was patient with us and was able to explain everything in detail. He made great suggestions on how to maintain our air conditioning. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! They installed a defective air conditioner in my condo. I have had to ask them on 6 occasions over a 4 month period to come and fix what is supposed to be a NEW air conditioner! Each time I have set up an appointment with them, they arrive between 1 and 3 hours late! The kicker was today when I made an appointment and they NEVER showed up. The must unprofessional company (of any type) I have ever had to work with. I regret ever contracting with them for a new AC.
