Do Not Recommend Peter Needham & Co. They are a bunch of thieves with no moral compass whatsoever RUN! do not walk away but RUN! from Peter Needham! PEOPLE! Stay far far far away from this company and avoid at all costs!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value Paid $250 for an inspection. Took a week for Peter to get me the report, after asking 3 times, and it was full of inaccuracies and typos. Useless.

We had heat in the 1st floor but not the second. Two professional guys came, fixed the problem in 30 minutes with no fuss or bother. Wore masks, did not leave a mess. Having read a number of reviews online for other vendors, I was concerned that their fee might be excessive or that they would try to sell me unnecessary stuff. But none of that. Overall we had a perfect experience and will be using them going forward.

I called the company that had installed my heating system under a prior owner for a checkup for my AC system, only to be told that there were damages that would be about $3,000 to fix. Having had prior experience with Peter Needham, I called him for a second opinion. When they showed up, they found no problems with the AC system and only ended up charging me for an inspection. They're honest, hard-working, thorough and worth your call.

We've used Peter for our hot water heater service for many years. Recently, we had to replace our old one. Peter found me a well priced heater, installed it quickly and charged a fair price. Afterwards, I noticed our kitchen hot water had low pressure. Peter sent his team out the next morning, who investigated it and fixed the problem free of charge.

They also fixed a valve that was difficult to turn off. That level of service is why we always trust Peter Needham. In addition, his wife who answers the phone and schedules appointments is always nice and accommodating. So I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewer who complained. We've never had any issue with anything about this company.

Thank for saving me, Peter! You are definitely a problem solver. I tried to fix my boiler last couple weeks, but unsuccessfully. I replaced a thermocouple, tried to find other issues. I was afraid I'll freeze in my house. Asked several guys to fix, but all were busy. One texted to replace boiler for 7000$, which I cannot afford. When I called and texted to Peter, he fixed it at the same day, so me and my kids can live now and calmly sleep at nights. I greatly appreciate your help! I definitely recommend to ask Peter if you need to fix your electrical issues especially these cold days.
