Monday June 13,2022 my air went out (2 year unit). It was after hours when I realized it wasn't working. So Tuesday morning I called CSI Mechanical who installed it. They couldn't fit me in Tuesday but maybe Wednesday. I really wanted my air fixed same day as the Carolinas was expecting temperatures to reach 100 through out the week. So I called every heating and air company in the area.
Everyone was busy and I understood that because this is their busiest time of the year. I spoke with Shelly at Condrey heating and air, and we chatted a bit and she called her tech Andy to see where he was and called me back less than 20 minutes later saying he would swing by. I knew it was something simple and sure enough my capacitor had went out. Andy was very professional and cool guy. Andy had my issue fixed in 10 minutes and he went downstairs to check my inside unit. $297 bucks and I had air.
I was super appreciative that they came to my rescue same day and they didn't even install my unit. They treated me like they put my unit in. Big thank you to Condrey for cooling my house quickly and not making me wait.

Send a message to this company at 6a on Dec 2. Then, I called at 8a as soon as they opened. They sent out a tech on Dec 3 at 8a because they are very busy this time of year. So, the tech got there I believe his name was Chris awesome guy. I told him I had to heat my place by my oven because my heat was not get hot, cold air was blowing out on auxiliary and emergency heat.
He fixed the problem. Then, said it was $300 dollars. I wasn't expecting to pay out of pocket and the lady I talked to didn't that. So, I thought they would bill me. I've only had this unit for maybe 2-3 years and I have a 10 year warranty on it so the price went down. I only had $60 on me so I gave it to the tech and the lady on the phone wanted him to take the part off leaving us with no heat again until I pay the money .
I told her I need to go to the bank to get the money and i can pay today. She still was insisting that I paid it right then. I was like y'all are just located in Shelby I know where you guys are Give me time to get dressed get my kid up and dress and go get the money. Finally, she did we are located in Shelby behind where the old Kmart us to be you need to come pay it today. I was able to pay the bill before 11am the same day. Next, time I will know to have money on hand.

My elderly mother recently got a new HVAC system with a digital thermostat (not from Condrey). She was not comfortable with the new thermostat, so I asked them to put in an "old fashioned" manual thermostat like she was used to. They went out to install it, but it was defective, so they left the digital one installed and never told me. I found out a month later when I went to visit.
I called Condrey to see if they could do the work, and Renee was terrific to deal with. She understood what I wanted, and why. They could not get a manual thermostat like I wanted from their supplier, so she went to Lowe's and bought one, then set up the install. Condrey kept me updated every step of the way. This was a very small job for them, but they handled it like I was an important customer. I am not sure what HVAC work we will need next, but they are my first call. Thanks Condrey Heating & Air!
