Can't review their work because we didn't get that far. they wanted $300 just for a simple check-up of a residential AC system! I'm not sure how a company stays in business with rates like this, since another local AC company quoted me $120 for the same service.

Both Austin & Jimmy were timely and thoughtful in their contact with us as we weighed the choice of repairs vs buying a new furnace system as soon as we have the payment. We appreciate Burleson's staff, who consistantly provide the best choices.

Office staff seems nice but they don't do emergency calls and they require a DEPOSIT to even put you on the schedule. I have never heard of a company requiring a deposit to service/repair an AC unit. Disappointing to hear when you have an 8 month old and it's 80 degrees in the house since my AC won't turn on.

I called today, 1/24/22, requesting a service call for my heat pump not working. I am fairly new to the area, and I am not familiar with businesses. I am not sure who installed our heat pump. When I first called, the person I spoke to said that someone would have to call me back since I was a new customer. I told them we had been without our heat pump for 3 days and I had calls into other places.

When someone finally returned my call (6 hours later) she said because I was a new customer it would be "a while" before they could get to me, and I would be better off going to Superior Installation; which did work for me ONE other time before. I was just trying to get someone here soon because it's cold! But don't worry I will definitely always go somewhere else!

Josh and his apprentice just left my home after fixing my water pressure issues. They were highly professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. They educated me on what I can do to help prevent some of the pressure issues and couldn't have been two nicer young gentlemen. I will use Burleson Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs from now on. Thank you so much for having such highly trained individuals!

Pleasantly surprised. They showed up quickly. They were courteous and professional. The work was finished in a timely manner and they wanted to be sure we were satisfied with the result. Would definitely recommend.

We (Tyler/Holstein) family had John H and Thomas B come out today to do a few jobs for us and I can't say enough GREAT things about both guys! They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very well mannered! They completed the job much quicker than we expected! And showed up at the exact time they told us they would be here! I couldn't be more pleased with Burleson Plumbing and Heating. Having just recently moved to Spruce Pine I was surprised to wake up one Sunday morning and have no water. I have never had a well so I didn't know what to do. The temperature was supposed to plummet to 21 degrees the next night so I went to Burleson first thing Monday morning. I must add here that it was Thanksgiving week and they were short staffed because some of their workers were on vacation.

The office staff were very understanding, courteous and professional and assured me they would get to me as soon as they could but could not guarantee it would be that week because of the holiday. I went home prepared to tough it out for at least a week so was beyond thrilled when I saw their truck pulling into my driveway an hour later. The guys that replaced my pump were awesome.

They worked efficiently in very cold and windy conditions and by the end of the day I had a new pump that will provide water for many years to come. Thank you Burleson Plumbing and Heating.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Josh and Matthew. They were courteous and professional and did their work in an efficient and competent manner. They were very friendly, patient with our questions, and it was a pleasure to have them working in our home.

We moved here several months ago and needed to get our spring water safe to drink. The woman answering the phone was quite terse. I was told we needed to put down a substantial deposit, just for a service call and estimate. We don't do business that way. We pay at the time of service. We found another company who did not ask for money up-front.

I just had the greatest service experience at Burleson. Austin was incredible. He researched a replacement part for our Rinnai hot water heater. Austin then determined he had an alternative part solution that saved me $56.

Contacted Burlesons over the weekend by Monday evening the job was done, Fantastic Service. Thank you Bob and Kenny, great team!

Excellent service today from Tim and Robert (Electrical). They were professional, focused and had no problem prioritizing our needs and did their work in a calm, efficient and competent manner. They were friendly and a pleasure to work with, and instilled confidence in their abilities. We look forward to working with them again.

I have used Burleson Plumbing for 15 years or more, leaving my house key with them and trusting them to come and go without my needing to be there. They are always friendly, helpful, and totally knowledgeable. I have had various Burleson plumbers over the years and they all have been fantastic. Today John H and Phil W came over to do several tasks including fixing a leak and installing a new toilet.

They were efficient, quick, wore their masks the whole time. I had wanted to install some new fixtures just for cosmetics and the guys explained how very involved it would actually be and I decided I didn't want a big access hole cut into my wall today and decided to put that job off for a little while! I have complete confidence in any job they do, any person they send over, even when I am not home. Burleson is my go-to place for my plumbing needs!
