Rutherford Heating & Air Conditioning

Tech came and didn't know anything about the unit and talked about another type of unit the whole time. Never fixed the problem and when I called them back to come out again with a tech that knows the system, which they installed, I was told they would be out in two days and they never showed up. I would never recommend them to anyone. Not reliable and person on the phone was rude. Find a different company and stay away from Rutherford Heating and Air

Josh and Bryson were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the task at hand. They kept me informed all through the installation process and made sure my heat/air unit was fully operational and I was satisfied with the work prior to leaving. They made sure the yard was clean of all debris. They went over and beyond the call. There was a black snake under my house.

They saved me $$ by not having to call wildlife removal to come get it. They were like "that's okay, I'll just kill it". That's what I mean when I said over and beyond the call. Thank you Josh and Bryson! You guys are the best! YES I WILL RECOMMEND TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

Had spring maintenances done on my year old system and two months later it's no longer working!? Called for service and I have to wait a week or pay for emergency service? Never use those company again Service: HVAC system maintenance

Wanted to say everyone was on time this morning. Michael Whiteside and Caleb Stafford were the two gentleman that actually installed my new unit today.they were very professional and did a great job, was very respectful in and out of the home later David come up and inspected everything to be sure it was installed correctly could not have ask for a better crew. Excellent Job!

I've had excellent customer service from Rutherford Heating and Air for several years. They are reliable and responsive.

Norman, Caleb and Bryson did a fantastic job installing our mini-split. They installed the unit right after a snow storm and worked into the evening to get the job done. They worked around our schedule and made sure to line up resources when we were in town since we aren't always at the mountain property. Norman followed up and made sure everything was perfect and coordinated the work with the electrical work we were also getting done. Very thorough and professional and we will definitely use them again.

Each and every time I have Rutherford Heating & Air come out, my expectation are far exceeded. They are professional, friendly, helpful, and exceptionally responsive. I have met three techs and all are phenomenal at what they do - system knowledge and customer service. Highly recommend!

To big to care. This used to be a great company. Dave who did most of our service work around lake lure and was terrific. Than installations started getting sloppy. New techs went into homes that Dave always serviced and did less then stellar work. I get nervous when the first part doesn't work and you get charged for the second and third. On the last 4 quotes for new equipment Rutherford was very expensive compared to Pritchard heating.

This company has grown and if growth is a sign, they are very successful. I used to see the success in the actual service. Now I see growing pains, stretched service and a staff that doesn't make you feel like they even know you. It kills me when you have been doing business for years and your hear "who are you again" from one of the seasoned people answering the phones.

Adam and Elijah done a awesome job on my new unit. I am one happy camper. This company time limit was good (2 days) and they didn't rush.
