Well this morning was my first experience with Lindy and Redding. I have to say so far I couldn't be more pleased. I went online last nigh and set up a call for this morning and they were on it. I got 2 text and a call, Was thinking I already set up an appointment to come but it was a phone appt however the girl on the phone sent Joe within 30 min.
This makes my busy life easier, to have a company that does what it say's. Joe was super knowledgeable and gave me what I feel was my best option. To be continued! Oh and thanks so much Joe Well I am back 2 wks ago I thought I had a great experience with this company, well I was told I would Have an estimate within the next 2 day's I have not heard a word! Very disappointed I was really hoping this was who I could trust.

My furnace wasn't igniting for heating. It is a winter storm today. I believe it was Mr. Lindy that came out or maybe his son (one of the main gentlemen). I have had house issues and I got super upset about the heater not working, one of those everything starts failing at the same time type of things. He came out in the snow and we realized it was just the starter assist.
He fixed it and we had a great conversation about house issues. It really turned my whole weekend around for the better and got me out of my blues. Just a simple fix can really brighten your day and he didn't even charge me. I have used them for 11 years and they have always, always been awesome. Thank you.

I have been using Lindy Redding for longer than I can remember (perhaps 20+ years) and I have never received anything but top notch service. They have installed and serviced my two heat pumps and one humidifier. They work around my schedule and are always available for emergencies. One Sunday, after a prolonged power failure, I spoke with Ron who cheerfully walked me through the steps necessary to get the furnace up and running.
He spent almost an hour on the phone with me and even called later to be sure everything was working properly. Lindy Redding is a family company that treats you like family; you will be glad you called them.

I am General Manager for a wedding venue located on stoney creek called Bleues on the Water. It is our 4th summer there as we are leasing the building. When you inherit an old building, you also inherit old problems. Our HVAC units in one of our ballrooms are out dated and have always posed a problem as they need new parts and TLC. It has been a challenge to find a company that is experienced and educated in the proper function and care of these units. Lindy had no opposition in taking on this job.

I had them install a ductless heating and cooling system in my home and had a wonderful experience working with them. They offered an affordable price and provided excellent customer service. I appreciate their small business, customer-focused mentality and availability. They are experts at what they do and came up with great solutions to cool and heat my 190 year old home. I would definitely call on them again, but may not need to since they did such a great job! :
