The system installed does not meet our request as articulated. Feel over extremely over-charged. They won't return my calls. Now need more work to fix what they did.

In my professional opinion one star is one too many to rate this company. They strive on taking advantage of people who are in desperate need of their service. The tech came out and charged me $1437.23 for a job that should have cost around $786.00 at the most. Due to a medical condition i was unable to examine the finish product on the outside unit.

The following day I went and notice he had left a roll of exposed electrical wires zip tied to the top of the unit. I called the office and made a formal complaint. For two weeks I have been calling and they have blocked both my cell and my work numbers. However, when I called using a different phone they answered the call. more to come.

DJ was prompted & professional. After checking my heating unit, he made his recommendations. He didn't pressure me into anything. Did make me aware of the age & wear on it. George came out to service our geothermal unit. He was very courteous, professional and informative. He answered several questions and gave me a lot of good information. He didn't try to sell us something we don't need. I will definitely ask that he be the one to service our unit the next time. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Polite but SLEAZY. last place to call for help. A tech came to diagnose a heating system blowing cold air and recommended a new thermostat and Defrost board $1500 plus labor. Paid due to desperation. I had to call more than a dozen times to get my receipt for the service I paid. Two weeks after the repairs the same problem System blowing cold air I get charged $99 for a tech to come out only to be told Pressure Switch is Bad .Same problem different diagnosis $800.

The tech stated he did not diagnose the problem the first time. Not to mention I got overcharged for a thermostat and when I complained they blocked my number and sent me the amount of overcharge.

Tech came out inspected and repaired my furnace that had been inoperable for months. He fought with the main gas line valve until he could open. Then he and his boss thrice checked to ensure there were no gas leaks.

Supreme was FANTASTIC! Our furnace broke down in the middle of the ice storm back in January and Supreme was incredibly responsive. Within a week we had a new furnace installed, complete with a new chimney liner and most of all, HEAT! Yusef, the guy that came out to assess everything was unfailingly polite and was very good at explaining the issues we were having.

I was also extremely impressed when, out of the three options that they gave us, they actually suggested the second best, because it would work with our current system better and cost us less money in the long run. They even went the extra mile and installed our Nest Thermostat without any extra charge, simply because it was easy and they had the tools and time.

I cannot express how happy I was with this company. Their website says they're family owned, and you can certainly tell how true it is, and how much it's benefited them and their customers. We've signed up for their yearly maintenance and this spring we hope to have them install split units. I look forward to the relationship I have with this company and I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent professional service arrived on time and completed our annual inspection quickly and quietly. Free water analysis was an added bonus for which other companies tried to charge me $200. Ashley is great on the phone and Paul is a technician you can count on to look out for you.
