Spence HVAC has been serving the air quality needs of North Georgia and surrounding areas since 1954. Steve Spence is the second generation in the business. His father Charlie Spence founded the company on the principles that was at the core of "The Greatest Generation." After serving in the U.S. Navy, Charlie Spence worked tirelessly to build a reputation of dependable service and professionalism.
