Our AC that cools the 2nd floor/every bedroom in the house, crapped out on us. And of course it decided to do this at the end of June and during one of the hottest stretches of days. Triad answered my call and got someone booked to come out at the earliest available time. Between 12-1 and next day. Brian McDermott with Triad was ahead of schedule and got to the house at 10:45.

He called before arriving to let me know he was on his way. Within 5 minutes of arriving, Brian knew exactly what was wrong and presented me with a few options. He was extremely knowledgeable and I really appreciated his transparency. He had our AC working in less than 15 minutes! I will definitely be using Triad for all of my future AC needs.

They are fast and professional. They price is good and they do not use sales tactics to force you to buy. Awesome company!

We had been dealing with an HVAC issue for 1 month, after the initial installation. Gabriel, from Triad Mechanical, provided the best service we had received! Gabriel was respectful of our apartment, repaired our HVAC leak, conducted multiple rounds of pressure testing, recharged our system, and made sure everything was taken care of before he left. Incredible person, incredible service, and we finally have our issue resolved!

My furnace looked like a suitcase with so many stickers from previous service. Tried many but the bigger outfits seemed overpriced or quality of service was lacking. Triad responded fast to my quote request and came sooner than expected. Dry informative technician who gave me options for the repair. I was very impressed with the recent service I received at Triad! I called and was able to setup an appointment the next day. The technician Paul arrived on time and was very courteous and polite. He took a look at my current system and diagnosed the reason it wasn't cooling right away. He had all repairs made and left in under 2 hours. I will gladly use Triad again and also recommend them to others.

A YEAR LATER - Triad mechanical's service is still top notch! We have used them multiple times and have even recommended them to family and friends! we are always happy with the customer service and every experience has been a good one. They are very quick to have their technicians out for service! every technician we've come across is always polite and professional! They have a customer for life.

Our AC went out in the middle of summer and I called to schedule an appointment and they made it out the same day! They were very professional and completed the necessary maintenance extremely quickly. We had air again by the end of the day. It's also one of the most affordable places we've ever used for our heating and air maintenance and repairs.

Had inspection performed on property to be purchased. As a result, work was needed and performed on furnace 10/16/20 by Triad Mechanical Specialists in Loganville. At completion of work, company noted that all heating and fan operations and everything is working fine at this time. Property was vacant until I took possession on 11/10/20. I did not run the heating unit until end of November.

On 12/7/20, the unit was not heating properly and I contacted Triad Mechanical to return to property to assess issue in particular because of the guarantee they noted on invoice of 10/16/20. Paul came in assess unit, said it was working fine and then stated that the "gas flow" needed to be adjusted. Questioned him about his statement that unit was working well and also the noted guarantee of work performed on 10/16/20.

He basically stated that was then and this is now.anything can happen between now and then. I find that statement to be inaccurate and believe this company did not honor it's work performed previously on 10/16/20. I should not have been charged for work they performed with noted guarantee that all is well. I want a total refund of what I paid for service. I want company to acknowledge that they are liable for the inconsistency of work performed 10/16/20. This company lacks integrity.

Brian with Triad Mechanical is amazing! There was a scheduling mishap, but he called me as soon as he saw my message and was actually able to diagnose the problem over the phone without coming out. They will definitely be our go-to company for any HVAC/electrical needs.

Brian(tech) showed up after we called Triad Mechanical for air conditioner not working. After talking to my mom in the kitchen with no mask he went outside to look at unit for 5 minutes. Said he cleaned the coils and it should work ($170). Well it did not work because he didnt even open the unit, because if he did he would have seen a wire burnt in half and the contacter was melted. That guy didnt do anything and after calling the company they just kept making excuses. Triad Mechanical are crooks.

We cannot say enough thanks to and good things about Paul Mahedy from Triad Mechanical. One of our Church members called him because we told her that we had just learned that an elderly woman we know had been without A/C for 4 days. Paul came out early evening on Saturday to assess the situation and back out this morning (Sunday) and got her system running again. Not enough good things can be said about Paul and Triad Mechanical

I got very lucky! I called at 3PM on a Sunday and the tech who answered had just finished a job and could come help me. By 3:50 PM my outdoor unit was repaired and functioning again. This is the middle of July on a Sunday and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Triad is wonderful company with excellent customer service. In addition to being able to handle any and all of your HVAC needs Triad staff alleviates the panic/anxiety that comes with having an immediate HVAC need which is what means the most to me. I would recommend them 1000 times over if I could, you'll always be in great hands.

Josh came out on time and did an AWESOME job. He showed me some mold in my system and remediated that. The house smells so much better and now my wife and I can breathe much better. Josh didn't rush any of the job and took his time and did it right! I've had duct cleaning crews come in and do it in about half an hour, the whole thing took maybe 2-3 hours and he was great. Thanks Josh and Triad! Highly recommend to anyone needing duct cleaning.

So pleased! Triad Mechanical installed a first rate Trane A/C and heat pump system for us. They responded to my inquiry immediately and arrived as promised for our estimate. We found the office staff and technicians to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We were working around a holiday weekend, so a few days later, they came and replaced the whole systen in the time promised.

The system they took out had been poorly installed. We have total confidence in Ben and this install and the new system itself. When they left, there was no evidence they'd even been there. except for nice, cool house. We also have a great warranty! Quality work and materials and stellar customer service. you just can't beat that!

These guys are the absolute best. Everything and everyone has such a personable touch that I am even comfortable leaving them access to my home and taking care of our AC and Heating needs - when my wife has met with them at our home she brags on how personable, friendly and polite the technicians are specifically explaining to her best options. Great service but I see why! Very high on parts and labor. Could've gotten the same part replaced for less than half of what Paul charged me. If I hadn't rushed into it from heat exhaustion, I would've never dealt with them. Charged $235 for a $75 job. Thanks guys. It's just money.
