Just had Paul Termunde with Barlow replace the hot water heater and my dads house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and timely with his work. Actually finished sooner than he expected. He also pointed out a previously unknown leak coming from the bathroom. Great guy and great service.

We arranged service with Barlow to fix a persistent leak in a shower drain that had been "repaired " by two other plumbers. We arranged a service window and the original tech had an emergency and did not show up. I called and they put me on a list with the dispatch to try to get someone asap. Fortunately a space opened up and a new technician was sent out the next day. Daren was fantastic he showed me exactly what the problem was and how the original drain was not installed properly and the other folks just tried to seal the leak in the drain with silicone. He spent the time required to make sure the drain mounted properly. Thanks Daren and Barlow

Outside AC unit went out when the weather started to warm up. Was able to get an appointment 2 days after signing for new unit thanks to the help of sales rep TJ. Ryan and Lucas showed up early and were extremely polite and professional. They worked quickly and went beyond my expectations being thorough and paying attention to detail and making sure everything was installed properly. They also gave great advice and help on new unit and the installation process. Would definitely recommend.

I've used Barlow multiple times for A/C maintenance and most recently for a plumbing fix. Each time, they've been here right at the time they said, with calls about 15 minutes before they'd be at my place so that I could make sure I was home. Everyone has been kind, professional, and informative of the work they performed and any additional items they had noted. Today, Daren and Scott fixed my shower--they were in and out in 30 minutes, and transparent about prices and the necessary fix. Nothing but great experiences with Barlow!

Barlow Service Experts were awesome! Our water heater went out. I called and they sent Dillon over within an hour to do a quote. He was friendly and professional and gave a quote for a few different options. He then coordinated the service guys to get us taken care of the next morning on a Saturday. Tony and Lucas showed up and had us taken care of in 2 hours. They were both friendly and professional as well. We are so happy with them they are doing a new furnace and a/c next week. I highly recommend these guys. very impressed!

Daren was are fantastic Service Tech. 2/7/22. Informed us of some concerns with valves, higher pressure than we should have, performed all checks, clean outs & services from water heater, pipes, drains all bathrooms, kitchens and more. Our tech was personable, cleaned up where he worked, arrived when said. Barlows Service Experts is a great company!

Howard can to our home as was helpful with any questions we asked him about our Tankless water heater. He was patient, kind, friendly and professional. He also helped with suggestions for some other plumbing needs. He also told us about Barlow advantage plan. That I accepted for my home. I am going look into possible service for my work.

Why bother asking me to contact you, when no one responds. It shows your utter lack of customer service. Nope, not impressed. Should have known better when a salesman shows up with the technician. Before they even got to the heater, they were talking about replacing it. The heater was working just fine when they arrived, $99 for them to walk in the door. Went on and on about what could be wrong with it and spent a lot of time on the sales pitch for a new heater and of course if I am getting a new heater, may as well get a new AC as well. Tried to sell me a maintenance program as well. $99 later and I still do not know what is wrong with my furnace.

Had a late nite emergency repair of furnace that had quit working. The On Call repair expert Chris came very quickly and efficiently during a snow storm with bad roads. Chris quickly got our furnace functioning. Was a great relief since temperatures were going to the teens at nite. Chris was so pleasant and nice and professional. I would highly recommend Barlow service experts to everyone.

Rob, Zack, & Tyson were here promptly at 9:00 as scheduled. They were friendly and went right to work installing a new furnace and central air unit. I was very impressed with how they knowledgeable they were with the system they installed. They explained everything to me for my ease of use. Finished up much quicker than I had expected they would. Trent was a fantastic example of what expert and professional service should look like. With winter approaching, no one wants their furnace to need unexpected repairs. Trent trouble shot the repair, fixed and cleaned, and professionally discussed follow on possibilities without any pressure. My HVAC system is near 30 years old, and I'll replace the full system with Barlow, with great confidence, in the springtime. Thank you for the peace of mind you left with me today!

Barlow did an 'attic cut-in for me, installing a furnace, A/C unit, and ducts in my older home. Barlow took the time to calculate the correct size of unit for my home (4 ton A/C) and understand my heating and cooling needs. The installation crew-Jacob and his team (Rob, Luis, Andrew, Taylor)-were very professional and did a wonderful job working in tight spots in my attic cutting in 15 supply vents and 3 returns. The installation was done correct. I am very pleased with the system and I love the I Comfort thermostat.

Amazing! The professionals here are very knowledgeable, hardworking, and courteous. John P. and Lucas V. did a great job installing our new HVAC system, they were very patient with all of my questions and it was abundantly clear that they genuinely loved their work and appreciated the outcome almost as much as I did. Michael C. was also a great salesperson who was very relatable and professional.

The Maintenance Technician, Harry Boswell, was on time this morning for my semi-annual furnace check. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professional approach to analyzing my furnace situation. After a thorough check of my furnace, he gave me a written report and we discussed my current situation. I am very pleased with the service and the professional attitude that he brought to our appointment this morning.

We have been using service experts for years and they always are great to work with. They are professional and take the time to thoroughly explain what they are doing and why. They answer any questions I have. They are always honest with me. Ralph came to do my yearly furnace service and was amazing. Apolo and Michael came to do the yearly service on my moms furnace and were so cheerful and dedicated and worked so hard. All three of these technicians were great. We've never had a bad experience with them. Thank you!

After an initial positive experience after buying my home I joined Barlow's membership team and my experience has continued to be excellent for years. The other day my furnace began shutting off after just a few moments, called them up, and Chris was out within a few hours. No demanding immediate assistance on my part at all. Chris went above and. beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

He took time to show and teach me what was going on in detail. New parts were ordered quickly and installed even more quickly. And he took it upon himself to even contact the manufacture reps and save me almost 50% of the originally expected cost. He's the man. If you're in Ogden and can ask for him, I recommend it. Highly.

Stay far away from these guys! Get bids from multiple companies and never go with Barlow Service Scammers.

Be very weary of this company. They show up with a big smile and lots of deception. The service contact they offer is a lease and will leave you or your loved ones suckered into a ten + year contract! Even after ten years you don't own the equipment. On top of that I've left messages for Geoffrey and the"sales" team and they won't return my calls.

Sad that they rip people off. don't use these guys. you think your buying the equipment when it's really only a lease then you have to buy it all over again. Shame on you!

My mother trusted this company just to have them pull the wool over her eyes. Once she discovered that she wasn't the only older person they were taking advantage of reports on BBB state that they prey on the elderly by signing them up to LEASE their equipment for astronomical prices while they remain under the impression that they will one day. OWN their equipment.

Below is my mother's experience. 'Barlow Heating and Air Conditioning Advantage Program. Just a heads up. If you have or are considering entering into the Advantage Program with Barlow, please be aware that you will never own your HVAC or other equipment you have on the Agreement. The equipment is only LEASED. You will be paying through the nose for this and never own it.

Once the agreement is up you either have to purchase it, after you already paid more than it's worth or start a new lease. Also, if you plan on selling your home you must transfer the lease over to the new owner or include the buyout price in your selling price. Do not allow their high pressure sales tactics let you think otherwise.'

We had two other service companies out-they pretty much scratched their heads and said they didn't know how to fix our issue. Our house was 80+ degrees some days and the AC was constantly trying to keep up. Barlow Service Experts came out right away, diagnosed the issue, came out and fixed the problem for less than they originally quoted. They were very knowledgeable and we are finally in a cool house.

If you all are looking for someone to trust when servicing you HVAC unit in Salt Lake City.and you see Barlow Service Experts? Skip it. They don't honor their warranties, their word is not worth the air out of their mouths and take advantage of senior citizens. They made my mom wait all weekend for help with her AC and then basically told her. that they didn't care if she has a warranty and if they wanted her to have them come out then she would have to pay full price for the appt. Just wanted to let you all know to save you from their crappy customer service. It's only supposed to be 100° today and she is 82 yrs old.

Harry was my service technician today. He was able to come earlier for my appointment, which was great! He was extremely thorough! He explained everything he was going to do and why; he then thoroughly inspected and serviced my furnace and put in a new filter. He drained my water heater and gave me excellent advice on having it flushed twice a. year because of the 'build up' and age. he noticed that my dryer hose was not connected properly and fixed that. he was very friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed our visit. I understand that 5 stars is the best grade.i would give him that and more!
