One of the cheapest places around to fill propane tanks for the grill. Much better deal than swapping them out at the stores.

Interesting story here Giroux lost our Propane contract and now refuses to do any work in a community of 75 homes. Must have great demand for their service to kiss off all that work. Makes no sense to me to say goodbye to that many customers.

First class service! My gas furnace left me without heat on a below freezing February morning. I received a call back right after opening hours as I left a message on the answering machine and by noon time my furnace was percent up and running. The tech introduced himself at the door and went straight to work. All parts needed where on the van. He thanked me for my business! Also, he delayed his lunch to service me first! Well done.

This is a family owned and operated company that cares about you as one of their own! Everyone from the Services techs, to the oil driver with the smiling face, and even the ladies in the office when you go pay your bill care! They do it all! Oil, Propane, Service, installs. A + Customer Service!

I had giroux install a new boiler with a gas burner two years age and recently had a no start issue to find out they do not service gas. I highly recommend having a company that services gas install any gas units. The gas tech I got to service and diagnose the issue informed me the installers used the wrong orifice causing an improper air fuel mixture and I wasn't getting the proper flame the Riello called for in the set up manual. I recommend hiring Fountain Plumbing & Heating for any gas conversions or installs, Tony and his crew are awesome!

This is a wonderful family run energy company that takes great care of my heating needs. They are available 24/7 if there is a problem, automatic delivery is GREAT no need to worry about if you need oil or not. Steve and the crew take care of that for me. We recently had a problem with our old furnace, the techs came out two days, one VERY long day.

I thought this was going to cost me a fortune, I should not have worried. Reasonable pricing, thoughtful courteous staff, great customer service. Ignore the bad posts.wonderful company.

I love that they use biofuel. They are always pleasant in the phone. I let my take get really low on accident so I called to check in the delivery status and before you know it they were outside the house filling my tank. They helped me in a pick without batting an eye.

Have purchased oil from this company in the past. Have had our furnace cleaned by them annually. Have waited since October for our furnace to be serviced in January because that was how far out they were booking. Call today to fill up oil- they tell me they can't service me and will also be cancelling our service appointment because we haven't bought from them exclusively in the last year. No one mentioned this exclusivity when they scheduled my service appointments twice. The receptionists were very rude. Very disappointing.

Sat. 2/11/17 Realized early afternoon that I had run out of oil. Called my usual oil co. and was told it would be $150.00 extra for a delivery on Sat. So, I looked online and called Giroux Oil and spoke /w the answering service. He said it would be $125.00 extra for Sat. and an oil delivery man would call me. Approximately, 1 1/2 hours later, no call.

I called again, and was told that he would call the driver again, and have him call me. At 4 PM, still no call, and I was worried that I would have no heat all night (and frozen pipes). Called again; same story. Finally, at about 4:30 PM, I received a call from Mark Giroux, saying he was not coming, because I was not a regular customer.
