We used Eastern Shore to move duct work and install a mini split system for our finished basement. Aran came in and explained everything prior to installation. They installed a new AC and condenser. They showed up on time and did a great job. They guys worked hard all day and cleaned up as if they were never there. We had them replace the furnace and central a/c with new high efficiency units. They were very professional and explained options for required venting. They also came and recharged our old a/c system (at no cost) so we could have a/c during heat waves prior to them being able to install the new systems. They also took care of registering the products as well as filling out and sending in the applicable rebates, both in an expeditious manner! Great customer service!

Ryan from Eastern Shore came out and performed semi-annual maintenance on the HVAC system in the home we just moved into. He was on-time, knowledgeable, friendly and spent a ton of extra time with me explaining how the systems work and training me in some simple DIY preventative maintenance techniques. We will definitely be having Eastern Shore come back for all of our periodic HVAC maintenance needs -- great experience with them today.

I had a second AC unit put into my attic and got 5 estimates, one more then $5k higher then I paid for this Lennox Unit and installation. Mike and the Eastern Shore team were extremely knowledgeable and professional from estimate to the professional installation team. The job was clean, duct work and unit were fully insulated, and when they left the home was so clean you would never be able to tell they were even there, I could not be more happy with their work and would recommend them to everyone.

I only needed Preventative maintenance on my system, and the day Eastern was coming out, My Pregnant niece called me that her Heat was out and asked if I knew anyone. It was 28 degrees outside and she had to go stay with a family member. She also called 3 companies, and could only leave a message. I called Aran, and he arranged to have his tech go over there immediately after my appointment. They found a part had to be replaced and did it quickly and inexpensively! Thank you for being so responsive! Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly!
